Everything is good except that the drainage at the bath area is blocked all the time for every time I stayed there. It cause the bathroom almost flooded if you take a shower longer. The location is near at the town center which is also next to the mosque. If you are light sleeper then most likely you will get wake up by the prayer. Other than the above two things, the rest are perfect for me especially their bed, cool aircon, and well clean room.

The hotel was very clean and new in a good location. The staffs were very friendly and nice.

Great New hotel

As it's a newly opened hotel, it's quite clean and in decent condition. Across from the hotel is a beautiful mosque. Our room faced the sea, and there's a food court next to it. I think the fried rice noodles were quite delicious.

I have never rated a hotel below 4 stars in the past ten years on Ctrip. After all, you get what you pay for, I understand that. But this hotel has very loud equipment and the water pump cannot be turned off. I stayed up until 4 a.m. and slept for more than two hours in total. At 2 a.m., a homeless man on the street sang for an hour. There were also stray dogs barking. I was about to collapse. Later, I urgently contacted Ctrip customer service and checked out and refunded. But who wants a refund when you are out playing? Aren’t they all for a good rest so that they can go out to play the next day? I slept for two hours and had to go snorkeling the next day. I felt weak and had no energy. Travelers who have high requirements for sleep should consider carefully.

The hotel is in a very convenient location, 5 minutes from the pier. It is noisy near the pier so it is better to stay in this location. The hotel is in the town. The hotel room is normal size.

The hygiene is satisfactory, not too dirty and messy, and the basic cleaning is done, but the details such as dust and water stains in the corners are not particularly fine. Service: The service is what I want to complain about the most! I came back from island hopping at 5 pm and was so tired. The hotel said that the room was not ready and asked me to wait for another hour. This efficiency is really bad. What's more, I was urged to check out at 11:30 am the next day, but the reservation form clearly stated that I would check out at 2 pm. After communication, there was no flexible handling, which greatly reduced the experience. The flexibility of service and the execution of orders really need to be improved! If you pursue a convenient location, a limited budget, and can accept basic services and facilities, you can try it.

Environment: It is OK. It is recommended to bring a disposable bed sheet. However, it is also sold in Semporna town. Fortunately, the front desk lady took us to buy it. It is a bit noisy at night because it is next to the mosque.
