No 3pm check in as advertised. Nothing else on website otherwise. While i was complaining about no digital key so i wouldn't have to carry another item the desk clerk told me to calm down which i can only say was designed to incite. No reason for it up to that point. Only thing i had asked was "how did they get so bad". Then she told me they would have to give me a hard key and i said that wasn't good enough and i wanted a digital key and she told me it could take 5 minutes of so for it to work. At that point i was very mad a told her to hurry up and get it done. I had waited long enough to get into the room. At this point it was after 7pm and since i could not check in at 3pm missed when i could unload my stuff and relax for half an hour so before going back to work. This hotel is not convenient and you should plan on asking for your money back. This hotel says the rooms are not guaranteed until 6pm after everything on website says 3pm. No digital key that worked last stay. Went to management and was told if i didn't like it i could leave so i left. Have stayed 60 times or so this year and only got worse. Garbage disposals are not being cleaned. Water does not drain as expected until running the disposal meaning it wasn't cleaned. Towels on back of toilets are not being changed out. Think about that. My wife actually complained on one of the trips about the floor smelling like cigarette smoke and the towels over the toilets not being changed between guest. If you have been doing this then do a better job. But if you haven't been doing these things. "GOOD LUCK GETTING THAT DONE IN A TIMELY MANNER" Hilton should be sending in secret shoppers to check this place out.

The whole experience was fantastic. The staff members were helpful and courteous. Room was clean and huge. A family could comfortably stay there for an extended time for a vacation or between homes. Would love to go back' We traveled from Indiana for a wedding and we were allowed to check in early so we could get ready.

Nice place except the REALLY NOISY bathroom fan. Complained twice and was told only thing they can do is me to take keycard out of the reader and fan shuts off. That limits your lighting options. Asked to have maintenance look at it and they claim they looked at it but didn’t know what they said as they came when we were gone from the room. Stayed 2 nights and heard other guests complain about the noisy fans. Even with bathroom door shut it was loud. Need to look into fixing or replacing. This alone would stop me from staying there again.

If YOU LIKE STAYING AT HOTELS WHERE THE MANAGER FEELS THEY CAN ENTER YOUR ROOM WHILE YOU"RE GONE AND MOVE YOUR BELONGINGS TO ANOTHER ROOM WITHOUT PERMISSION. YOU'LL LOVE THIS HOTEL AND THIS STORY! Friday May 30th 2025 I arrived just before 3 pm, and the front desk staff said the room wasn't quite ready. I asked if there were any King beds available, and they said they were very full and didn't see that as an option. No problem I thought to myself, they suggested having a coffee while I wait, and not long after they announced my room was ready. I was handed the key and up I went to my room. Keep in mind, I travel extensively for work, more than 40 weeks a year. I'm pretty familiar with the process and I'm a Diamond level member. Sometimes we get upgrades when we travel. Walked in the room and noticed I had a King bed. Awesome right? wait, it get's better! I took a shower, got dressed for my charity event I was attending. On my way out, I noticed there was someone else's name on the T,V welcoming them. i made a mental note to notify the front desk staff about it. I did notify them and they seemed a bit confused, but I felt like notifying them was the right thing to do. I'm in my car heading to my charity event when I received a call from the General Manager of the Hotel. She informs me there's been a mistake, and I need to come back to the hotel and get my belongings out of the room and move it to what she said was "my room" . I was shocked that someone from Hilton would go to this length to trouble a customer about their mistake. I informed her I was going to an event and couldn't drop everything and take care of her Hotel's mistake. After asking her what made her think I was responsible for her staffs mistake, she reiterated that I had to come back and get my things out of a room her hotel put me in! . A competent General Manager, wouldn't have called a customer asking them to fix their mistake. But wait ! it gets better!! The General Manager then said since I was unwilling to drop everything and comply with her demands to fix her hotels mistake, she was going to enter my room and collect my belongings and wait for it... MOVE MY BELONGINGS TO ANOTHER ROOM!!! I told her multiple times that I did not give her permission to enter my room, I had done nothing wrong, I travel frequently and never has this ever been threatened before. Evidently this genius is a Constitutional scholar as well, as she said she didn't need my permission as it was a private property. Ummmm ... guess what Alissa Wieczorek, Our rights as hotel guests are protected under the 4th Amendment of the Constitution. I'll update the post to let you know what type of resolution if any come about from this. so far Hilton corporate knows they have a 4th amendment violation on their hands and have given me their Attorney's contact information. Overall very nice stay. Staff was very friendly and interactive. Room was great nice and clean too. Breakfast was good but limited offerings. Staff kept up with things and kept the area clean. Hotel location is great. Few minor things. Note breakfast shuts promptly at 9AM. Not ten as most Hilton hotels have it. Saw a few guests come down at a few minutes past nine and the breakfast was shut off. Also room servicing is spotty. I requested service and they came and did not make the bed. Also they give you a paper stating days of service but don't follow it. I stayed multiple nights and Thursday was a service day and my room was not serviced. Overheard another guest with the same issue. If you give a paper then you should follow it. Otherwise a great stay and when in the area I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Checking in was easy and we were greeted by a very friendly person. The main area was clean and overall felt very comfortable. The room was very clean and a good size (2 queen beds). Loved that they had a full refrigerator. Walking to restaurants, a movie theater, and Meijer store. Our stay was wonderful. There was some noise from above us. Overall it was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely stay there again.

Very spacious room. It had a couch for relaxing, and a refrigerator, dishwasher, and dishes. The bathroom lighting was excellent. We will stay here again!
