"The front desk is very welcoming, there are many breakfast options, I feel that the United States Holiday Inn is carved out of a mold, and the facilities and layout are the same. There is also a free shuttle bus to the surrounding three kilometers."

"Came for an overnight stay with my son to see a concert at GLC. Spoke with a Charveletta(spelling might be all wrong)! She was AMAZING!! We wanted an early check in since we were driving from 3 hours away and we wanted to relax before the concert. She was so accommodating and a pleasure to talk to! Room was clean, spacious and very comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was awesome, we are already looking for upcoming concerts to see so we can stay here again!"

"Super good experience, there are super delicious cookies at the front desk, breakfast is also good (standard white breakfast) hotel two beds are king size bed. The microwave coffee machine in the hotel is very complete. Service attitude is also very nice. The health is great and there is no taste. You can also make your own waffles for breakfast."

"The location is very good, there are places to eat and buy things around, it is near a business district, there is also a Van Gogh Art Museum, it snows, but the traffic is very good."

"This is beautiful Hotel located on beautiful location. Rooms are beautiful and walkable from the River, On the opposite street is a Grand Rapids one of the oldest building and it’s beautiful. There was a little miscommunication during our check-in. We were told that breakfast timing is from 7-10am but when we reached for breakfast at 9:10, they were already closing and cleaning restaurant. There were around 5-7 families who came after 9 for breakfast. But restaurant gave bread, fruits, butter, Jams, Coffee so we had breakfast. Other than everything was perfect. "

"I have stayed here twice. I always choose this hotel every time I come here for a meeting. It is on the main road and close to the airport, so transportation is convenient. The lady at the front desk is very friendly."
