Was in good location just of highway walk across street to Applebee's or Denny's, didn't stay for breakfast but was available just wanted to get on road, was quiet so able to get sleep.

We reserved a “Queen Suite”, what a joke! We had an oversized bathtub next to the bed which categorized this as a suite. Not once was our bed made or fresh towels delivered, plus we had to share the towels as there was only one set. The swimming pool was under construction and homeless people were outside with their stuff which included a cat in a carrier. We stayed one night and went up the street to a real suite. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone!

I stayed here for nearly six weeks, while looking for an apartment. My experience with this hotel mirrors most of the other reviews I’ve read on TripAdvisor. Specifically the management appears to have a lackadaisical attitude concerning the cleanliness of the rooms and exterior. From my observations, I suspect the hotel workers are a little on the lazy side. It’s difficult to find budget hotels in the United States that are still run by native born Americans.

I stayed in this hotel for a month and so have a more intimate experience in regards to the management of it, compared to most “guests”. Like many of these immigrant-managed hotels, of which I have stayed in many, I sensed a lackadaisical attitude towards “hospitality”. The trash in the parking lot wasn’t cleaned up with regularity. I had difficulty in persuading the staff to clean my room, even every four or five days. They seemed to have difficulty completing tasks. They would change my sheets but forget to vacuum the floor or exchange the towels. I noticed that all of the breakfast room table paper towel dispensers were empty for weeks at a time. I also noticed individuals loitering near the entrance with open containers of beer (against the law in Colorado). It was obvious that they were street people and not guests. However the hotel management made no attempt to remove these people. I also noticed that the walkways outside of the rooms were thoroughly “funky” and hadn’t been pressured cleaned in months, if not years.

Very good location, slept well, decent breakfast. I've stayed here before this trip and liked the location, easy access to the highway, several places to eat and drink within walking distance. Rooms were well maintained and clean.

Most disgusting hotel I ever stayed at. Bathroom so filthy would not even step in it. No coffee machine in room as advertised, breakfast was frozen egg sandwiches. Price was high for this extremely low-level room and was very disappointed that it was a Wyndham hotel which I used to trust.

I thought this was my lucky night because it was a free rewards night. One word describes this hotel "Disgusting" the room was filthy, the bedspreads on beds stained and dirty, the pillows had human and animal hair on them and the sheets looked grey and were stained, the bathroom was not cleaned from previous users. The room was in a state of disrepair where the linoleum was stuck down with tape covering a further damaged floor, numerous tiles in the bathroom were broken and most of the light globes did not work. The TV remote was a complicated tool wrapped in sticky tape with no instructions available. There were a microwave and fridge in the room but no coffee maker in fact no cups available even for water. They did supply a breakfast which was mediocre at best with notices attached only "one per person". There was a Denny's next to the Hotel and a Restaurant/Bar across the street.

Room was generally dingy, with stained carpet, furniture and dirty walls. The large dead roach on the floor next to the bed was a dealbreaker. My original reservation was for two weeks; I stayed one night.
