"There’s not a lot (if any) of nice options in Grand Junction, but I stayed at super 8 the night before, and it was a complete mess. I was hoping for a better experience here, which I did get. But I was still unimpressed with the outdated furniture and bathroom, my ice bucket had the old bag of ice from the previous guest with water still in it. The front desk crew was super nice, so I appreciate that. I feel like at the price point, every room should have a refrigerator, luckily they were able to store my cold food downstairs in the community refrigerator. It wasn’t a bad experience, but I feel like Doubletree should do better even in a place like Grand Junction."

"We stayed here on Aug 14-16, 2023. We checked around 20 motels in the same area and this one was the best price. We were surprised that this place had a pool, gas BBQ, smoking area, apartment size refrigerator and freezer, toaster, flat screen TV with all of the network channels and was walking distance to Applebees, Denny’s and Enzo’s and soon a brand new Starbucks. The staff was more than willing to help out. The room was very clean and comfortable. We would recommend this motel to anyone that is on a budget and loves a stress free stay no matter where you are from."
