"A wonderful place!!!! The surroundings are beautiful. The beds are excellent, you sleep like you're on a cloud! Separate bathroom. Two sinks, a toilet with a proper door without clear glass. A shower. It doesn't disturb each other or anyone else sleeping in the room. Dinner and breakfast were delicious, and the portions were enormous. It's impossible to finish! The beach is nearby. You can swim in the sea. The shore is rocky, so you'll need coral slippers. The water isn't deep—about chest-deep. We swam, had dinner at the restaurant, and went to the casino. We had a great time! The room has everything we needed. The only complaint was one chair. We took turns breakfasting. The photo shows breakfast for two."

"The hotel is large, with a shopping mall nearby. I went to the supermarket at 11 a.m. and it was still open. It was amazing! It was a very comfortable stay. Very clean. I deducted 2 stars for service because they only allowed one person to stay in my double-bedroom room. It's a bit funny. This makes it really expensive."

"I couldn't write a review while it was still fresh, but we're already in Russia. We were careless enough to book a room for two nights on August 7th and 8th, as our arrival was at 4:00 a.m. on August 8th and our departure was at 1:00 a.m. on August 9th. The receptionist refused to check us in, citing our reservation for August 7th. We tried to explain that astronomical hours don't coincide with hotel check-in (2:00 p.m.) and check-out (12:00 a.m.). A reservation for August 7th implies we have the right to check in for at least an hour before 12:00 p.m. on August 8th, but it was no use! She was incredibly rude, downright boorish! If we hadn't booked the following night, two very elderly people could have been left stranded on the street in an unfamiliar city in the middle of the night! Are you really that short on staff that you're hiring such rude people practically off the street? Or maybe you should run some educational program about hotel rules and etiquette! But, of course, I will never set foot in your hotel again!"

The room got without repair, but even such a room is normal. Other rooms are repaired, rest is not interfered with. In general, I would say that the photo on trip.come the rooms look worse than they are actually. Near a pizza that can be walked out directly from the hotel, the DNS, as well as the pharmacy and household goods. Nearby, across the road, next to the fountain a good supermarket central."

"Don't go there. The bed is 70 centimeters wide. Don't worry about it falling. There's no bottled water in the room. There aren't even supermarkets or restaurants nearby. If you're not bothered, stay here. Also, Ctrip is incredibly inefficient. They won't refund my order, and they're constantly delaying it. As of the time of posting this review, I haven't received a refund yet."
