Personel daha profesyonel olmalı kahvaltıda sıcaklar eksik odalar yalıtım yok çok gürültülü. Kahvaltı alanı daha temiz olmalı .
Konum harika bahçesi güzel güvenli .Hemen balon uçuşları dibinde . Resepsiyon ortak alan personel gece uyuması hoş değil kurumsal bir kimlik şart ama konum oda dekoru harika. Odada üşüme dik ***et sıcak . Merkeze yakın ama kafa dinlemek için çok uygun . Bahçe harika ortak alanlarda daha olanak olmalı . Göreme ye yakışan bir yapı ama daha kurumsal ve olanaklı özellik kahvaltıyı daha kaliteli hale getirmek gerek. Peri bacalarına yürüyerek gezilebilir. Konum açısından tercih edilecek bir otel.

初日に泊まったお部屋のシーツには、小さな虫の死骸がいくつかついており、ダニではないかと怖かったですが、翌日に部屋を変えてもらい、部屋も清掃したてできれいでした。初日の虫は、コバエだったたのかもしれません。山側のお部屋にすると、朝、気球が見れてとても素敵です。朝食会場からも山と街が見渡せて、素敵なアラブ調の音楽と共に、現地のヨーグルト、パン、ドライフルーツ、チーズなどが楽しめます。*の調理や、暖かい料理はありません。オーナーが旅行の手配をやたら勧めてきますが、街中でも安価に予約ができます。

this is a wonderful hotel in an ideal location. the stone type hotel experience was very unique. the rooms and bathroom are new and very clean. the location is very close to shopping and dining options. the staff are excellent especially Aziz, they go out of their way to make the guests comfortable. they were able to arrange ATV excursion for the same day and hot air balloon ride for the next morning. it was so nice not having to do the research and reservations online on our own. breakfast was terrific. they also arrange transfer to/from airports as well. there are several car rental companies nearby. would definitely stay here again, highly recommend this hotel

excellent location. 10 min easy walk to center of town. friendly and welcoming staff. rooms were exceptionally clean with wonderful decor. The bed was firm (good for me) the pillows really need to be changed, they were lumpy and hard. Water pressure excellent, heat/AC worked well. Breakfast was exceptional - large selection of Turkish food with excellent juice coffee and teas. Wonderful breakfast area. The roof top is a great place to view the balloons.

Receptionist are very attentive and warm. Ala hotel felt like home away from home. Location is perfect as i prefer the quieter area. Center is walkable. The rooms were big and clean. The breakfast also was home made. Really loved my stay here.

This place has so much potential but is let down by lots of things. Our room (302) and bathroom stank of sewage so badly ut was nauseating. We were I'll for first 2 days and thought it was our imagination. Stayed 4 nights so it was sickening dealing with the smell. They tried deodorising and turning off the exhaust fan but nothing helped. Bathroom is far too narrow with nowhere to hang towels or put anything. Lighting in bathroom and room is so dim you can't see to shave or apply make-up. It is a 10 minute walk on dark roads to town. Plus is the breakfast and roof terrace where the balloons fly over. Room large and clean. Aziz was very helpful.

Great location to watch the Balloons, the staff were amazing and professionals. The room was well maintained and clean. The breakfast was delicious! If you are heading to Cappadocia, I highly recommend you staying here.

Un lugar encantador! Las habitaciones en perfecto estado y con una decoración estupenda, pero lo mejor son sus desayunos (todo casero y muy rico) y su terraza, un buen lugar para disfrutar de Goreme. Pero lo que más nos gustó fue el trato recibido, siempre a nuestra disposición ayudándonos en todo momento, haciendo de nuestro viaje una experiencia. Todos muy amables y buena gente, en especial Aziz, un amor de persona.
