"Excellent location and friendly owner and staff. You will not regret the decision of booking this hotel. Since there was availability, the owner gave a room upgrade for free. You can book the tours and balloon ride and airport transfers with them, the prices are pretty good. The view from the hotel is amazing. You can enjoy the view of balloons taking off from the hotel."

"Super super like and very special hotel! The boss is very interesting, but it can be seen that it is a business person. We stayed for two days, the room was warm and really super comfortable! Very good impression, especially different. The room was quite clean and exotic. The boss also specially showed us his cellar for us to take pictures. Unfortunately, I couldn't see the hot air balloon. The boss's puppy is very cute and comes to eat every day for breakfast."

"Service here is superb! The receptionist gave us a short tour of the whole hotel include the sister’s hotel as the facilities are shared. The view and the terrace here are AMAZING. You literally find many instagramable spots every corner of the hotel. Had my dinner and breakfast in Seten’s restaurant, I would say they are both really delicious and many choices for the hotel’s breakfast. Room could be quite small even I booked the Junior Suite, room has no ventilation too, the window can’t be opened so it can get a bit stuffy inside the room."

"We had a fantastic 4-day stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, fulfilling all our requests, including placing us on a higher floor for stunning views. The room was clean, spacious, and perfect for our family of 4 adults. The beds were super comfortable, and the bathroom was large and modern. Although we experienced a brief power outage one day, it was resolved quickly. The breakfast was amazing with a great variety, and the hotel's restaurant offers delicious meals—slightly pricey but worth it! We were served by the friendly Ibrahim! A unique touch was the beautiful birds and hens they kept in cages, adding charm to the surroundings. The hotel’s location is ideal, close to the town, and we even got to see hot air balloons right from our room! Overall, it was a superb and memorable experience. Highly recommend!🥰😍"

"very good C/P for a family trip. near Goreme downtown and bus terminal. The reception is very friendly. Two caves are aside. There is a swimming pool with warm water. Room is decorated classically even it is relatively small but it has a wide terrace for sun shine shower. Breakfast is rich. You can also book hot air balloon here through reception."

"The hotel is BEAUTIFUL! We stayed in one of the caves and we absolutely loved it! The staff super welcoming, staying here you have direct access to Sultan cave terrace for the sunrise which has the best view for it! Also the hotel have two terraces and the pool! The breakfast delicious and the only thing to improve was that in one of the two days we spend there, they didn’t fixed the terrace so it was empty without the carpets and traditional cushions. The rest is just perfect! Oh and don’t forget to try the Hamam! 😻"

"The four-story Cappadocia Grand Hotel is located in the north of Goreme, not far from the hot air balloon landing site, and is very convenient for entering and leaving the town. The room facilities are simple but comfortable, with a large space, and there are elevators (very few other hotels in the town have), heating and swimming pools (it is too cold to use). You can book hot air balloon rides and tours to the surrounding areas through the hotel front desk, which is very reliable! I have to mention the two handsome guys at the front desk, Efe and Sinon; when we arrived at the hotel, Efe came out to greet us and took the initiative to carry our heavy suitcases into the hotel. Sinon, who speaks fluent Chinese, took the initiative to help us add WeChat to facilitate contacting them when we are playing in the local area. What surprised and touched us the most was that this trip was our child’s birthday trip; the weather was very good on the birthday, and we were lucky to book through the hotel and take the Brothers company hot air balloon to rise with the rising sun. In the evening, when we were eating outside, we received a WeChat message from Efa, asking if we needed help preparing a birthday cake; we declined politely because we were afraid of troubling the hotel. Unexpectedly, when I returned to the hotel room, I still saw the 2-pound cake prepared by the hotel. After tasting the delicious cake, we shared most of it with the hotel staff and thanked them for their love, which brought our birthday trip to a perfect end. The hotel is located in a quiet location with convenient transportation. It is only a 5-6 minute walk from the nearby Chinese restaurant. Quick China is highly recommended for travelers with Asian appetites. The hotel is also not far from the sunset view point. By the way, the roof of the hotel is also a great place to watch hot air balloons in the morning. ”We are not in a hurry, always thinking that there is a long way to go. We wait for the flowers to bloom, but forget that things are impermanent”"

"Perfection place and service! Excellent location nearby bus station, and the same time really cozy room with wonderfull view's terraces. Employees are very mindful, polite, and nice. They also suggest homework delicious breakfast. We enjoyed being there and would we like to come back!"

"The only address we always prefer as a family in Göreme. The room facilities, heating and hygiene are always at the top segment and it is very enjoyable to taste the traditional privileges of Turkish cuisine in the restaurant. We ate the most delicious meals in Göreme and the breakfast was open buffet and only bird's milk was missing. The staff was extremely attentive and always helpful. We had a holiday that we said we were glad we came again and that we will not forget. We thank the Anatolian Houses family for everything :)"
