Hotel location is good and close to shops and restaurants. Very basic amenities. Room and toilet are small. There isn’t enough space to sit properly on toilet bowl and it has bad smell which doesn’t go away. Receptionist isn’t very friendly and makes sarcastic comments towards Asian guests.

素晴らしいホテルでした！お部屋も綺麗で水周りも綺麗でした✨ホテルにいる猫ちゃんわんこに癒されます🍀*゜ホテルの方がとても親切で、夜行バスの予約を手伝ってくれました。チェックアウト後も荷物を預かっていただいたり、テラスやレセプションも使っていいよと言ってくれてとても充実した旅行になりました☺️また泊まりたいです(*´˘`*)

Fasilitas cukup, sempat ada masalah dengan pemesanan saya, tetapi pihak hotel tidak berdebat panjang lebar dan langsung memberikan kamar kosong untuk kami istirahat, dan ke esokan harinya mereka mengganti kamar kami sesuai dengan yg kami pesan. Pelayanan sangat memuaskan.

When I arrived at the hotel, staff said that we have no resevation of you.and rooms are full.
I was so suprised ...
but finally, staff prepared our room.(fantastic cave room)
I dont know if this mistake is by the hotel.
Anyway, the staff was kind for me.He arranged some great tours including hot air balloon.

The hotel is not bad, but the room is damp, poorly ventilated, and there is a musty smell. The room also lacks light. Otherwise, it has a good location and a great breakfast.
