房間寬大明亮，飯菜可露，一樓的自助餐更是種類豐富，酒店設施齊全，住宿可以免費游泳，免費健身，工作人員服務態度好，可以免費停車、充電。周邊的小吃，夜市也很近，可以品嚐格爾木的地方美食。

帶長者一起出來玩的，路過格爾木選擇希爾頓真的沒選錯，去其他地方一直住的希爾頓，這次也沒有讓我失望，前台接待很熱情服務也很好，入住給我們每個人都送了小曲奇餅乾，還特意詢問了長者需要什麼樣的枕頭，真的簡直不要太貼心，酒店裡細節之處滿滿，因為大西北乾燥，電梯會有靜電，電梯明顯處還貼了温馨提示，這讓我們第一次來的人倍感貼心，房間也很整潔乾淨，出門選希爾頓真的不會錯。

酒店在格爾木來説算比較好的，除了設施設備有點老舊以外，看樣子也很多年了，但是酒店從一進門的服務就很好，剛到門口保安大哥看到我們開車還主動指引停車位，前台禮賓主動幫忙拉行李，前台員工辦入住耐心細緻，講了很多注意事項，房間乾淨衞生整潔，下次出差繼續選擇這家。

酒店位置離火車站很近，周邊就有商場和葯店，前台效率高細節棒，電話詢問耐心回答，車位充足很方便，床品舒適，晚上休息的很好，這個酒店員工氛圍很好，讓我倍感放鬆

酒店設施稍微有點老舊了，但是酒店員工的服務真的很不錯，退房把衣服不小心遺忘在房間了，前台馬上主動打電話告知我們，還好我們沒有走遠掉頭回來把衣服取上了，一點時間都沒耽誤，真的是太暖心了[Rose][Rose]
