The choice of food at breakfast was excellent and I was made to feel welcome and relaxed as a single lady (this is not always the case in hotels even these days). I enjoyed using the swimming pool which was situated near my room."

"This used to be my local before I moved away, but I heard they are under new management and/ or a new chef. Went in today for breakfast and all I can say is WOW. I think this is possibly the best breakfast I've eaten out. They use Browns butchers meat and the chef does it justice. Everything on the plate was cooked to perfection. Great service, all coffees were the same price which is a nice touch and a big well done to the chef! Obviously puts in a lot of effort and has skills. The place deserves a big increase in numbers if the standards stay the same."
