It's a bit far away from the centre; you need to drive 30 minutes. There are many restaurants nearby, but they are expensive.

Our 4th time returning. Great location walkable distance to all eateries and the mall. Parking comes in handy. There's roadwork around the building so getting in and out was a bit of a pain but nothing we can do about it. It does get very noisy in the morning due to the roadwork. Hopefully it will be done before we come back next time.

Provide Wrong PIN, I cant get my key from the auto Machine. Not picking up enquiry phone call, luckily a staff from next store show up and call the private number of the household... No Wifi password is provided, but we have been told its show on the fridge.

Had the self check in details been send to us , it will have been perfect . The apartment was perfect and we will be back ......

Great location and very convenient, close to everything like shopping center, Chinese and western restaurants, train station and bus stations.

The location is superb, the apartment/room is clean. However, the WiFi signal is terrible and the only way to contact the front desk is to go to see them, the telephone in the room didn't work. The attitude of the receptionist is less than helpful.

The environment is good and convenient. It is close to restaurants, train stations and shopping centers.

It's very good. The location is very good. All the food downstairs is not only Chinese, Korean, Japanese, and Western food, but also the room is equipped with a washing machine, dryer, microwave, gas stove, etc. It is also very close to Monash University and the subway station. It's just downstairs. The only drawback is that it's noisy next to the road.

I have stayed here for 7 days and no one has come to clean the room.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, the train station is a few steps away, the parking is also very convenient, and there is direct access to the elevator. When checking in, it was difficult to find the office. The old gentleman who checked in was thoughtful and explained in detail. There is no air conditioner in the bedroom, and the bedding is only blankets. However, after communicating with Ctrip, and accompanied by the old gentleman, I found a heater and more blankets in the room cabinet, and the problem of heating the room and bathing was solved. The two bedroom apartment did not have a wifi signal in the master bedroom, hope it can be improved. Overall, the stay experience is not bad.

酒店位置交通交匯地點，步行一分鐘有巴士和火車站，也有商場，商場內食肆豐儉由人，唯一美中不足是房間內的水壓偏低，所以不能同時用水，㕑房的煤氣爐火力較小，煮食不太方便，但整體是方便和舒適的。值得一提是，我們中午到達前未收到進門密碼，所以要在樓下等有人岀入才可以進入後上一樓找職員辦入住手續。

住宿是不錯的，但入住過程有點麻煩，自助入住時無收到郵件，好的是剛好有人入住，協助電聯前台人員處理。

房型結構寬敞舒適，辦理手續簡捷，衞生間2套方便，設施齊全，衞生乾淨，是旅遊度假的好選擇。
