Great hotel in a great location, The Pool and Gym are good. Only thing was there was an event on and had to squeeze past loads of people after being in the pool, it looked a bit disorganised, which made me feel awkward as I had to push past.

Overall nice,clean and well managed hotel.
Spa facilities could be bit more up to date and also I would suggest to consider timing for children to use the pool as its just too loud and chaotic.
I developed headache after am hour with screaming and I mean screaming kids in pool....
Plus young kids were allowed to use jacuzzi and disturbing steam room users by coning in and out of the steam room.
They should not be allowed to do so.
But apart from the spa facilities hotel is okay.

**Hotel Review: Good for a Short Stay**
We stayed at this hotel for one night on January 2nd, and overall, it was a good option for our needs. The check-in process was smooth, and our room was clean and comfortable, making for a pleasant stay.
However, things took a turn the following morning. On January 3rd, the hotel was incredibly busy during breakfast. We found ourselves queuing to get into the dining area, which wasn’t ideal, especially after a long night’s rest. Once inside, there were too many people crowded around the hot food stations and the toaster, making it difficult to serve ourselves efficiently.
It was clear that the hotel could have managed this situation better. Perhaps they could have implemented a timed breakfast schedule or opened additional serving areas to accommodate the influx of guests.
Despite this hiccup, I would still recommend the hotel for a short stay, especially if you plan to have breakfast at a quieter time. Just be prepared for a potential rush if you’re there during peak times!

Ideal location, convenient parking and clean rooms. Will definitely go again.
One downside is the tight stairs and not working lifts, long breakfast queues and pretty much never available pool die to overcrowding.

The room is quite large, soundproof and clean. The guy at the front desk has a very good service attitude and a warm smile. The location is good, close to the train station and shopping center, and there are restaurants nearby. Luggage can be stored.
