Had a wonderful night's stay. Was travelling with my elderly mum. The beds are very comfortable. Breakfast was amazing, and all staff were very friendly and approachable. Definitely will he back. Thanks.

Reasonably priced in a good location. Our room was clean, well presented and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was fab in a lovely restaurant space. Only small complaint would be, we arrived at 2pm and they wouldn’t check us in till 3pm, we had to come back. Initial service and first impression weren’t good. However overall this hotel ticked all the boxes, I would stay again and I would recommend.

There is no hot water during peak hours, which is a hardware defect that cannot be solved by maintenance. The hair dryer socket has no electricity, and the room phone is not connected, so you can't call the front desk directly. The people of Gera are warm, but the hardware of this hotel is shabby. It is very close to Gera University, and the bus is convenient. There are restaurants and supermarkets just a few steps away from the door, which is quite convenient.

The lady receptionist said that they had a safe for storing items behind the desk and the man the following day said no and was not at all helpful.
Whilst the bedding was very clean the pillows inside were ancient and 2 of these were very smelly. Apart from that a good location with the bathroom and bedroom being cleaned very well.

Sorry for the late review~ The hotel is very clean and warm! And very Scottish! Especially the hotel service. When I needed to charge, the hotel front desk (sorry forgot her name) was very warm and helpful! I like her very much! And SEHER OYAR, the breakfast room waiter on the first floor of the hotel, she is simply an angel! Helped me very much! Gave me good material help and spiritual warmth! Thanks to the wonderful hotel staff! I love this hotel! I will continue to stay next time I come back! ~
