In general fine, good view and clean room, the problem is the price of car park, as there are lots of car park here which charge £12 each 12 hours, means if you stay 15 hours you need to pay double - £24.

The staff is very friendly. The breakfast is very good. The entrance to the carpark is one way and the distance between the carpark and reception is more than 100m. When we check out, we have to drive the vehicle away from the hotel and then return to the entrance of the hotel to pick up the luggages.

The location is very good, only 2 stops to Glasgow central and very close to SEC. The view is very good, you can clearly see OVO Hydro, SEC, Clydeport.
In terms of facilities, the waiter was notified on the first day that the shower was broken, but it was not repaired.
In terms of service, the number of towels added every day varied. One day, 2 bottles of water were given, but not on other days. The housekeeper did not wash our cups every day. After the housekeeping, a used water bottle was left behind, but it was not ours. .

Almost nothing provide in the room, calling room cleaning service was not show up, have coffee machine but not offer any capsules, carpark always full and you can’t find a space even you stay in the hotel! One lift was broken and have to keep waiting for long!
Only positive side Staff are friendly and try to help!
