Good central location close to town, very friendly staff. Good selection for breakfast including a whole table devoted to gluten free choices

I'm speechless! I just booked a hotel and found myself having trouble entering Gibraltar. I immediately requested a refund from Ctrip and applied online. Ctrip said they were looking into immigration policies, but then delayed the refund until the next day. Ctrip seems to be weak overseas and doesn't stand up for its customers. I'm left feeling unprotected while I'm abroad. Perhaps other platforms would be better!

Impeccable services. Very comfortable, quiet and relaxing hotel. Too bad the only outdoor parking lot has to be paid for.
