Typical hotel to host foreigners for whom parties, music, games are prepared...
It's good because it doesn't affect the rooms

Don’t even bother the dirtiest hotel, with the grumpiest staff and nothing for the children to do. No evening entertainment. The hotel is in an awful location it’s in the ghetto of Cyprus. Near nothing. The maintenance is poor and well the mattresses would make you puke at the state of them. It’s unsafe for children and the food is not suitable for them. Adult hotel trying to cater for families. TUI sold an absolute dream and we got disaster it’s nothing like the advert

Had the best time staff amazing adults bar great. Al la carte night was lovely great food. BBQ night great aswell amazing food. Nags head bar opposite is great also to watch sports. Only issue certain families insist on putting towels on beds in the same spot everyday which is very unfair for families with young children that would like to be near the pool side. Not an issue for us as our children are older but this seems to be a real issue at this hotel not the hotels fault but selfish people. Got the bus to Limmassol Marina 2 euros each way. Lovely hotel always very clean and smiling staff. Would go back

Please don't listen to the reviews below. I was a little concerned after reading them but didn't need to be. Me and my boys had a great holiday and would definitely visit again. The hotel, room, pool and sunbeds were spotlessly clean, staff were cleaning all day. I was very impressed. There wasn't a bad smell nor were there lots of flies. Staff are very friendly, helpful and work hard. Big shout out to Mike on reception and Succes in the restaurant. Safe boxes are in the room/wardrobe and free to use. Usually you are charged if you want to use the safe. There are cats, but not many, we seen about 5 in a week stay. No poo and wee at all. The food was brilliant for all inclusive. There was always something different to eat in the evenings, pizza, curry, lasagne, fajitas, pasta, chicken, rice, soup etc etc. Breakfast was usually the same but that's normal isn't it - only so many options for breakfast. The is also a café which is included on the all inclusive, not sure why some have said snacks aren't included because they are, you can get cake, croissants, sandwiches, rolls, salad boxes, sausages rolls, yogurt - All included. Ice cream is also included. Served in a cone or a scoop in a cup. Drinks are decent, local brands which is fine. If you want premium/branded drinks I imagine there will be an extra cost but that is to be expected, as with all all inclusive holidays. Plenty of drink options for children. There are shops, I'm surprised people say there aren't any. There is a small shop on site, a small shop across the road and if you walk down from there and turn left at the end of the street there is another shop/s and even more when you turn right. The Nags Head pub across the road is worth a visit. Lovely place. Gets quite busy especially if sports in on. Would recommend Fasouri Water Park. My boys loved it. Plenty of entertainment for the young and old :). Ashleigh was great. Bingo every evening with good cash prices. I would definitely recommend this Hotel. Thank you for a lovely stay.

A special thank you to Hotel Manager Mr Vakis, the waiter Stavros, looked after us from day one, could not ask for anymore. The food was amazing. Room was clean and looked after on a daily basis throughout our stay. Thank you again.

Lets start with the good bits: The beds are huge and comfy, the lobby area and the pool area are amazing. The reception staff were very helpful, the bar staff extremely miserable. The food was amazing, my son is very fussy with all inclusives but he enjoyed every meal here. Great choice, the sandwich bar is great and the fresh food at lunch was great too. The bad bits: The balcony is tiny, you struggle to get two people on it, everyone put their towels on the sunbeds the night before: NO JOKE, if you didnt get your towels on the sunbeds by midnight you will not get one! This is crazy and I blame the hotel for letting this happen. Be wary of the maids, they took 5 euros from my daughters bag and put it behind her bed, which was very odd. I also heard other people moaning about things going missing. THE AREA, is terrible there isnt anywhere to go for a wonder. Limmosol harbour and the old town is lovely but around 7km away and taxi's cost us 30E one way. We hired a car, which I would suggest as the island is lovely and driving around is easy. The beach is terrible! I wasn't too happy with the Tui Rep either, which I wont go into on here.

Where to begin?! TUI sell this hotel as a 4* Beach holiday, it isn’t! This hotel is at best a 3* and the location, unfortunately, is dire. We spent a week here on our mini honeymoon, just a last minute bit of sun after our wedding and all I can say is I’m glad it wasn’t the only honeymoon we will have. The photos on TUI’s site are not a true representation of the rooms in the hotel. We requested the honeymoon suite for the additional cost and it was nothing at all like the images! The food was pretty decent for all inclusive, there was always a meal that could be put together but it was very mismatched and sometimes a bit too repetitive even for all inclusive, breakfast in particular never varied. Onto the pool area, the adults only pool was a no go, unless you were willing to get up at five am to reserve a sun bed you didn’t stand a chance! The main pool wasn’t large enough for the capacity of the hotel, families were needing several sun beds a day meaning it limited what was left, again it meant if you hadn’t reserved by 7am latest you were very lucky to get anywhere. The main issue is that there isn’t anything around the hotel, the area is very run down and nothing to do without getting the bus to the Marina area. This then means that anyone staying at the hotel has nothing more to do than sit around the pool all day. We had to report a few issues to the hotel, we endured a very leaky toilet for four days before the issue was resolved two days before we left. Not what you’d expect from A) the honeymoon suite and B) a 4* hotel. Personally we would never return to this hotel nor will we be using TUI again, this hotel needs reviewing as it’s not what it seems.

We booked this as a last minute holiday and didn’t review the area. Hotel Pros: Good quality food, cafe, BBQ and A La carte were a nice extra, all the cakes were really nice!! Room was recently refurbished and was lovely, good WiFI Average: All inclusive drinks offer was poor, it did serve Carlsberg, others stated the wine was ok but the cocktails were not good in my opinion. Some staff friendly. Cons: First impression is the hotel was clean, the pool areas were not cleaned, never did they clean under the sunbeds or wipe the tables. No pool management, if you didn’t put a towel on a bed from 5:30 am to 6:00 am you didn’t get a bed and as the area was rough around it you didn’t have far to go!! Had a few minor complaints and these were not rectified, needed a light bulb in the bathroom and tea & coffee were not replenished in the room on our floor. The Area There are some nice buildings, then run buildings then derelict. It wasn’t a picturesque place. The number 30 bus was amazing 2€ one way, if you go right it takes you to the Marina, Old Port, Old Town & The Mall. Go left, nicer area less graffiti and ok for a wander and a drink. Beaches are definitely not like Protaras, very grey, however if you ignore that the sea was lovely. A few beaches on the 30 bus stretch. The Nags Head This pub is opposite the hotel, we did go there most days to have a few drinks, staff lovely, food ok and the shooters side is air conditioned. If you like darts & pool there were plenty in there. We watched the Lions, loads of screens & they will put the sport on that you want. We had a nice break, I wouldn’t return but everyone in the hotel were saying they went because it was so cheap. That said, we were a couple, if you were a family who wanted just a hotel holiday with young children this would be a nice hotel. Also all the children were well behaved and never queues when we went for food!

Went here with Tui AI ... online states in middle of tourist area unfortunately this couldn't be further from.the truth if it tried. Hotel try hard typical AI tbh food was ok ... however we like to walk out of an evening but was like being in a war zone the amount.of derelict buildings etc not much around the hotel .... Also hotel cleanliness not great pool rules sunbeds etc not enforced and no evidence of pool area being cleaned properly, pool very gritty. If you want a sunbed in a particular spot or around adult pool you have to be up very early Beach road at bottom of the road !! couldn't see beach due to all the the boarding. The Nags Head pub across the road was good food was lovely. So was a nice escape. Bus stop at bottom.of road was reasonable 2 euros a trip to marina beaches etc Tui rep Gemma rude obnoxious and patronising good luck with her !!!!

Pros: Reception staff are so friendly/helpful and the food was of good quality. Cons: We visited the Atlantica Mare in Paphos last year and was very impressed so had high hopes for visiting another Atlantica hotel in Limassol. Unfortunately we felt quite deflated. The room we were allocated 2181 had not been refurbished and was very dark and dated with old orange furniture. The balcony view was awful. Ive attached pictures so no more words needed. Pool bar staff so rude especially the younger shorter lad. Felt like they were annoyed every time we went up. No acknowledgement when giving order, no eye contact, no smile. I dreaded going. The location leaves alot to the imagination. Definitely hire a car if you want to venture out anywhere. Also if your travelling with TUI and Gemma is your rep at the hotel. Good luck as shes very abrupt and rude. Would not visit this hotel again.

Stayed in atlantica oasis beginning of July with a family of adults and teenagers of mixed ages just before peak season will give an honest review with positives and negatives and some tips that may be useful for other holiday makers. The Positives: hotel is lovely and clean and you can really notice this when entering the foyer and reception. The pool areas are also well maintained and is very clean, spacious and big. The food is excellent for an all inclusive as many others have said, there is a good variety on offer not as much as I have seen in other all inclusives but what is there is good quality, always tasty and of excellent standard, you will not be disappointed with the food. The Al a carte restaurant food is top notch and get this booked up straightaway as spaces become limited. Tuesday nights BBQ night is also excellent and makes a change from the restaurant buffet setting the food here was exceptional was probably the best highlight meal of our holiday. Pool snack bar varys each day between Monday to Friday, burgers, hotdogs,Gyros all served with fries and salads. When we was there it was not available on weekends which was disappointing The drinks were of good standard for an all inclusive and cocktails available were good quality you can pay premium to have imported premium spirits. The Rooms: we had a basic twin standard room which was adequate for our needs but a bit on the small side for an adult and two children, an extra bed was put in the room which made space limited, Aircon was a godsend tho and much needed in tropical temperatures at night for sleeping. Room was cleaned daily but not on a Sunday. Unusual to have a bath with shower fittings in bathroom as most holidays I've been on have walkin showers. The Negatives: the main one was you are hotel trapped, there is not much going on out and about from the hotel and this is more so if you are looking for alternative entertainment. On a casual stroll you will find a few bars/restaurants and shops around the local area but nothing much family entertainment wise, the Nags head just across the road is great if you want to watch any sport and offers something different and a McDonald's 5min walkaway open till 3am was great if your kids are missing some home comforts. This brings me onto the hotel entertainment it is not great, it's ok for kids as the animation team do keep the kids entertained but as a family with teenagers and for family entertainment in the evening it was pretty dire and didn't last more than a hour. There is the offer of entertainment/singer in the adult bar until around 11pm but that's pretty much it and kids are excluded from going into the bar which is if you are aiming yourself as a family hotel seems counter productive. We also found it's pretty much forcing you to end your night go to bed when past midnight as around the adult bar they are removing the cushions from the chairs you are sitting on! And closing everything down, when if you've paid y

We recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the service, food, and staff were all excellent – friendly, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile. The hotel has two pools (one family and one adults-only), which is a nice touch if you’re looking for a bit of peace and quiet. However, there were a few downsides. The cleanliness wasn’t up to scratch – we noticed quite a bit of dust around the rooms and public areas, and the pool really needs a proper scrub. It felt like it hadn’t had a deep clean in a while. Also, the location isn’t great if you want to visit the best beaches – you’ll need to rent a car to get around, as they’re not within easy walking distance. Another thing to be aware of: by 10am, all the sunbeds are usually taken, and while some people reserve them early, there’s no guarantee your towels will stay put. Overall, a great place if you’re planning to stay by the pool, but it needs more attention to cleanliness and isn’t ideal for beach lovers unless you’re happy to drive.

After reading the reviews on here I have to say I was quite worried if we would even sleep. The good parts. Food is your typical all inclusive stuff and plenty to choose from,we didn't eat lunch we just had a snack from the mokka cafe. Bar drinks again typical all inclusive stuff, beer, pop, cocktails, non alcoholic cocktails, ice creams ect all good. Pool was lovely, plenty of entertainment ect and it was cleaned everyday. The pirate ship pool was OK but not very big and I suspect in the holidays it wouldn't be great from space ect.We never went to the adults one so can't comment. They have a kids club and mini disco which was good although could of been abit longer. The staff was brilliant nothing was to much at all. The room was good we was room 2473 which was a family room with a sliding door and I have to say it was very big and perfect for us especially having a 16 year old and 3 year old. Bad bits (although I am being pickey) Nothing to do apart from the marina which was nice. Sunbed wars is definitely on....if your not down for 730 you will end up in the bin and on a broken one 🤣 No real shade around the pool. Meal times they either take the plates really quick or takes forever. The undercover pool literally turns your stuff yellow with the chlorine that's in there so don't wear your decent stuff. We went just before peak season and it was bearable with the amount of people but come peak season I would think it will be hell. All in all a good hotel and for what you pay it's bang on you want a posh, child free holiday spend some more and go somewhere else

I don't really review or take note of reviews from holiday makers but here goes. Fantastic hotel was very clean and staff go above and beyond for you. Downside when I complained about our room not been cleaned or the dirty toilet bucket not been emptied for 3 days( I had to do it myself) I was brutally spoken to by the head cleaner. I paid £3,400 for a 14 night stay the very least I want the dirty toilet bucket emptied. And don't get me started on the poolside towels on sunbeds. If you love the pool which i hate. You cannot get a sunbed for love or money. There is a beach with toilet facilities about a 15 minute walk for 7 euros 50 which isn't too bad . I did expect cyprus to be better than I thought the streets are filthy littered with God knows what. It's my first time and last. I think ive been spoilt with greece. And that you can't put a price on

Me and my family enjoyed our stay at Atlantica Oasis. Some of the standout moments.in order include 1. Bobby Bansal (AKA Suhail) was the GOATed waiter. Went the extra mile.and is just a cool dude. He should be a manager. 2. Entertainers work really hard. My kids loved the mini disco. Thanks for doing it every night. 3. The Tuesday night BBQ - the smell all afternoon was amazing. Whoever was cooking that thing was a BBQ GOAT. The chicken was the chickeniest chicken I've ever had and the char was off the charts. 4. The gym is the best ive seen for a foreign hotel. 5. The swimming instructor that gives lessons to the kids was really good as well. Sorry I didn't get your name. As I have rated this 4 stars and not 5 then there are obviously a few things that perhaps could be improved. Some of these were 1. We stayed in room 2276. The lift in that building block is simply dangerous. Please invest in modern safe lifts especially if your going to put kids in those rooms. 2. The waiting staff don't tend to build rapport. It all seemed very transactional (except the GOAT Bobby and a few others including Valentina). I understand TUI and/or the hotel may impose performance metrics but if your customers aren't cared for then they don't return. What do customers want, an immediately clean table or a nice fun conversation. You do the maths. 4. More parasols around the kids pool. Once this gets filled up with people there are only sun loungers with no parasols yet kids need shade the most and there was lots of space for more to be installed. Summary - we had a lovely time especially for the price we paid. The hotel is clean, the food is good quality and fresh. I wished the staff.looked more happy to have guests as at the end of the day we're the reason they have a job. P.S - Bobby for manager.
