The property is conveniently located within walking distance of the main shopping area.The accommodation was quite up to date.
Breakfast is served fro 8.00 am therefore a hot water apparatus in room can be beneficial

The customer service provided was exceptional. Jessica when above and beyond our expectations in facilitating our arrival form the US, including transport to the hotel. The property is in decent condition but we were very disappointed with the cleanliness of our room. Although the hotel was kind enough to allow us to change rooms, cleanliness was a major issue for us. Hence my reason for giving 3 stars. I would say this is a good and affordable hotel to stay.

The rooms are outdated, the carpet was dirty and stained. The carpet also was separated, not sure if it was repaired and not done correctly.

Decent hotel in downtown Georgetown
Staff are very friendly, room is clean although somehow dated, breakfast is very mediocre, food in general at the hotel is not really worth it but it’s fine for a short stay. It has a warm shower after all :)

Good quality for your money. The room was clean and contained all that was needed for a comfortable stay—cable TV with access to Netflix, Hulu, etc., AC, refrigerator, microwave, a safe, iron, and a board ... The breakfast was simple, balanced, delicious, and nutritious.
