We were really disappointed to find our bed had bed bugs on our final night here. Once we noticed this we tried to find the receptionist and message but no response, we left the property and booked a new place for the night. Although the accomodation was budget friendly we found there were a few major flaws. The place is not very clean and to make this worse if you stay on the second floor you have to take your shoes off, which isn’t a good feeling at all. The bathrooms are unisex and the shower inside the toilet is very squashed. We often found the toilets were dirty and we didn’t want to use them and the floors were always wet. The floor shakes so much that when someone walked past our room, our bed also moved and woke us up. It’s also advertised as a non smoking accommodation, but there is an ash tray they have put out on the second floor common area, if someone smokes the whole floor smells like smoke for hours. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, the photos look nice but it is not nice in person. Definitely spend more money and enjoy your stay in George Town

The location couldn’t have been better—situated in the heart of Georgetown, I was able to explore nearby attractions with ease. The overall quiet and peaceful environment of the hotel offered a restful retreat after my busy days of sightseeing.

Best ever in this price range

I liked the hotel, it was nice new and clean. Though during checking in I was confused as there were no staff on registration desk. It appeared they had sent a message with all the codes and electronic locks may be opened automatically. Later I saw other confused people, who were looking and waiting for administrator. Common bathroom is fine for the Europeans. The strange thing they have holes in the floor but the stayers were calm enough and my dream was not ruined

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the basic amenities provided. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The location is convenient, close to restaurants and public transport. Overall, a good value for the price. Would stay here again.

Location near Chinatown, Queen Street,standard room is good,no drinking water, convenient store 3 to 5 minutes away, stairs a little bit noise, I stayed near reception, condition still acceptable.

The location is nice, room is clean and comfortable, but this place has poor sound proofing, you can hear people walking and talking around.

No fuss, no frills, just everything you need. Staff are friendly, and the water dispenser is an added bonus.

One of the finest budget hotels, though small rooms. With better mattress and table lamps it will do great. Excellent staff, and mr. Sutharsan goes out of the way to help. One could go to pantry and make tea or coffee anytime you want. It is in a very fascinating market area! Best wishes n Thanks.
