Is a great camping spot with great views, clean grounds and nice MTB routes. Staff is very friendly and willing help out with everything.

A beautiful , peaceful place. The gardens are spectacular. Loved the clean, heated pool. The views from the balcony and the walks are stunning. My 2 dogs came along and also loved their stay. Will certainly visit as often as I can!

I first saw a review on youtube about Arendsrus and decided to camp there for a week. I was welcomed by a very friendly lady which clearly explained everything clearly. Upon my arrival at the campsite I realised that everything is as neat and clean as the review on youtube and their own web page. Each campsite has it's own ablution facilities which were kept clean on a regular basis. Nice green grass to camp on. The swimming pool is kept warm and was very nice.What you see on their webpage is what you get

What a gem!! This is an awesome place. Location with many views. Magnificent mountain views and views of George. On a clear day you can even see Mosselbaai. Camping site are huge, covered with grass. Clean private ablution. Quiet camp as there are only 12 sites, so not cramped. Staff and management extremely friendly and always helpful. Heated swimming pool. Great area for mountain bike cycling or hikes. NO LOADSHEDDING.

We enjoyed our two night stay, staff worked hard to please us. Rooms are comfortable and bathrooms nice. Well supplied with coffee, tea and milk etc complimentary sherry and rusks. Fridge, kettle etc provided. Good WiFi There are items in the mini bar to purchase Restaurant has a good menu but during our stay, meals had to be preordered before 2 pm. I expect this was not normally required. Gardens and flora are spacious and very well taken care of, tv and microwave etc are available in the main building and a bar is also located there. It took us about 20 minutes to drive to town where one can find everything you may need . No ac and tv in the rooms which was not an issue for us.

We recently camped at Arundsrus. The site is well maintained and the ablutions clean. The sites are big enough for even a motorhome. The view from all the sites is quite good. We had a good breakfast at the restaurant. The lodge is only a few minutes drive from George.
