Great for short trip. Must be prepare to get shuttle bus or drive up to Genting resort. Need to validate your parking card each time you exit the parking to enjoy the free parking.

Best place to stay while at genting, nice view and convenient shuttle bus service.. and also delicious bfast in the morning.. staff were friendly as well 🥰🫶🏻 will definitely come again

Review: This was the dirtiest and most disgusting hotel room I have ever stayed in. It is nowhere near a 5-star hotel—in fact, it’s worse than a cheap roadside motel! The moment I opened the door, I was shocked and disgusted to see a used condom lying on the floor. The room was filthy, covered in dust, mold, and dampness. Even after complaining and having the staff clean it again, it was still just as dirty. The bedsheets made my skin itch the moment I touched them. This was an absolutely unacceptable experience, and I would never stay here again. Avoid this place at all costs!

I am writing to express my profound disappointment with my recent stay at the Grand Ion Delemen Hotel on February 7, 2025. My family and I were eagerly anticipating a pleasant vacation in Genting Highlands, but our experience at your establishment was far from satisfactory. Front Desk Service: Upon arrival, we were met with unwelcoming and indifferent attitudes from the front desk staff. Our inquiries and concerns were handled dismissively, which is not the level of service we expected from a hotel of your standing. Safety Concerns: A significant incident occurred in the Tower 4 lobby, where my young child’s hand was caught in the glass door leading to the balcony. When we reported this to the front desk, the response was apathetic, and no immediate assistance or concern was offered. This raises serious questions about the safety measures in place and the staff’s readiness to handle emergencies. Room Key Issues: We booked two rooms, each intended for five occupants. However, the room keys provided were incorrectly programmed, granting access to the wrong floors (18), causing unnecessary confusion and inconvenience. Room Amenities: The rooms lacked sufficient toiletries and bedding for five guests. When we requested additional bedding, we were informed of an extra charge of RM150, which was inconsistent with the RM100 quoted earlier. Such discrepancies are unacceptable and suggest a lack of clear communication and policy enforcement. Hotel Layout and Parking: The hotel’s layout is perplexing, with inadequate signage, making navigation challenging. Finding parking near Tower 7 was particularly troublesome, and the staff’s unhelpful demeanor only exacerbated our frustration. Television Services: The limited selection of television channels did not meet our entertainment needs, which was disappointing. Star Rating Discrepancy: Online platforms like Trip.com rate your hotel as five-star, yet the front desk staff referred to it as a four-star establishment. This inconsistency is misleading and does not align with our expectations. I hope you take these concerns seriously and implement the necessary changes to prevent future guests from undergoing similar disappointments. This htl just suitable for the people who hv their own transport. Shuttle service rm7 per pax per way is expensive. The rate for grab car only rm8 and can fix by 4 per, so the shuttle rate is not reasonable.

The check-in area is very confusing... Why can't they place the lobby on the ground floor of the main building together with the car park? The signage is not very clear, and customers were made to criss-cross among different buildings. The staff is not very well trained. I have the same negative feedback from other guests when we talk in the hotel area. Won't be staying there again. Getting to Genting Sky Arena is a big hassle and they charge you for the shuttle bus.

A good hotel near Genting Highland. It is so much better to stay in a nice room with reasonable prices rather than pay so much higher at Genting itself which the room are so poor especially First World which is small and outdated. However, shutter bus service can be improved better especially for guests who wants to go after midnight.

Loved the wonderful weather huge apartment very comfortable with two tv in the hall and room..there's all the amenities needed like a fridge microwave oven and so forth but only thing is that there's no telephone and order in food..and there's no coffee packets and tissues near the sink area.. everything else is wonderful toilets are well equipped..we enjoyed our stay

Opt For The Penhouse, 2 Levels, 3 Masterbed Room Size Type. Upon reaching there, the staff was smily and friendly, the check-in was fast, given the queue, I am satisfied with the speed of the checkin. However, the negative side was the water kettle, TV & Phone is spoilt, these portion the hotel could have paid better attention to. Our white socks turned black as well, the cleanliness can be improved as well. Did not have much time to use their facilities, so will not comment on that.
