The room is clean and everything is 5 stars rated. One thing superb is the view. Really worth the price!

Rural location, no internet in room, water stuck while showering, towel rack broke when I take towel from it. No facilities open, no restaurant. You call this a five star hotel?

Very New hotel...very amazing room..very clean and the staff are very helpful!

This is a new building (M3) under Ion Majestic. The rooms are clean and spacious but not yet fully furnished. However, the strong smell of renovation is noticeable throughout, and the hotel lobby toilet has an unpleasant odor. Additionally, the water flow in the room toilet is slow. Overall, it’s a decent hotel. There is a shuttle bus service to the theme park at hourly intervals, but it needs to be booked and paid for separately for each trip. I suggest reconsidering the 5-star rating, as the hotel does not yet meet that standard.

Affordable price. Nice location, more cold and more private place

Building itself is new. The floor and the cabinet is full of the dust. Also the room inside and the whole hotel having a extreme construction dusty and bad dust odour . The hotel services crew is limited. The hotline unable to reach receptionist .

Very bad experience, although is a new build. Small Insert is everywhere. The renovation smell quite strong.

Had a great and pleasant stay! Service was slow as it just open but overall it was a very pleasant experience!

The property Is still under construction. Hanging gondola at the external building ard still in operating. Hotel no doubt are new, just a few Unit is open for occupancy in the whole entire building. There was a smell, seems like dampness smell from the sink. It covered up the entire room. Some power socket was not in functioning. Only one is working in the pantry area. Keep up

Once the facilities open I believe it will be a better hotel but overall good experience. Most staff was generally friendly but some who handle incoming calls might need better training. The cafe is great too!

This is a new hotel, good environment and view but inconvenient for looking food

Is very good and I like it very much

It is newly renovated and has a strong smell that makes people dizzy. There is no laundry room and the laundry is far away. It is very far from Genting Sky City Shopping Mall and you have to go around the mountain road, which costs about 30 Malaysian dollars.

The room is ok, but everything else is bad. Far from Genting Highlands, there is nothing around, it is constantly raining, the view from the windows would be good, but because of the constant fog you can't see anything at all, just white fog. A lot is not finished, the pool, the restaurant and so on, you have to go to the neighboring hotel for breakfast. Everything is very bad.
