Another hotel which we enjoyed the private onsen as no one was using when we were there ! Highly recommend ! It is outta the way// but part of our journey back to Nagano. Rooms were very big- tatami style…

I really don't recommend this hotel. It is badly in need of investment. Everything smells musty and damp. The corridor leading to our room felt like a prison. The beds were very uncomfortable, far too soft, mattresses worn out. The spa baths were too hot, water dripping from the ceiling everywhere. Didn't eat anything here and glad we didn't.

This hotel has the convenience of a newer and modern accommodation but the rooms keep a little bit of the traditional "ryokan" feel to them, which I found wonderful. Everything was super clean (spotless) and the staff was very very helpful. The view from my room was fantastic. Would definitely stay here again.

There are few parking spaces near the hotel, and the lighting is dim, so you need to be careful when parking. The hotel's hardware facilities are old, the hot spring water quality is average, and the breakfast is average. If you don't book dinner, you need to solve it yourself, but parking at the hotel after dinner is another problem. Fortunately, there is a pizza phone in the room for delivery. Overall, I will not stay here again.

To get to the reception lobby, you first go up to the 5th floor to check in, then take a separate elevator to your room. The facilities are a little old-fashioned. The location was easy to find, but the parking lot was hard to find. I stayed on a weekday, so it was fine, but if you stay on the weekend or during busy periods, you have to parallel park on a slope, which is inconvenient. I only stayed overnight, so I had a hard time finding a place to eat nearby. I liked that there was a large public bath and that the rooms overlooked the Sea of ​​Japan.

I was surprised when the man at the parking lot told me not to take the spot even though I was staying there that day! ️ The view was beautiful and the room was spacious enough for a family to sleep in. The hospitality of the parking lot attendant was not good.

I was very satisfied with the sea view from the room, and the view was good, and the food was delicious with lots of seafood. If I have the chance, I would like to come again.

The dinner, which comes with a large boat, was delicious, and the children were delighted with the free shaved ice and drink bar, and the table tennis table. The only thing is that I was looking forward to watching the sunset in the large public bath with my child, but it was a pity that I could not see it because the bath on the sea side was a men's bath during the sunset time. In families, mothers often bring small children, so it would be nice if women's baths were prioritized. It was an event that made me feel a little sad because I felt the old-fashioned male-dominated custom.

It's not on the website and I didn't even go to the room, I just returned the key and checked out. Isn't this a scam, inviting me on the website? I quickly made a reservation at the Nikko Hotel Niigata and came to Niigata. Should I report this to the consumer center?

Located by the sea, you can see a beautiful sunset and the morning view was also amazing. The building was old but clean. Although it is not a hot spring, the large communal bath was very comfortable. The front desk was also very polite, so thank you very much.
