Pros: Great location, Super friendly and welcoming staff, Great pools with kids facilities, Spacious room. Cons: Towels were very dated, Object minimal breakfast, 70+% gym equipments are broken, or non-functional. Overall it is good value, my stay has been very pleasant.

Room size very nice, water the bathroom especially in the shower seems like to smell little bit. And the bathroom needs to be renovated especially the shower cabin. Furniture is old but standard equipment. Need more hangars in the cabinet. Elevators needs to be renovated. Sun bed‘s need some seat cushions. More shower at the pool area necessary. Aircondition runs perfect cool. Room door key card opener is a bit tricky. Friendly employees.

Super hotel beach

The hotel is located in front of the Dongtan beach. It is very nice and calm. The swimming pool is nice. There are 3 swimming pools in total.I can't believe how peaceful it is here! 🤩 The beach is right outside my hotel, and it's absolutely beautiful. The pool is pretty great, too - did I mention there are three? Time for another dip! 💦 #beachlife #vacationmode #relaxation

Good large comfortable room and amenities. Large balcony to sit out but later in the day hot with sun. Other side of the complex is probably better for shade and sunset views. Had a problem with the air con controller but the staff responded and fixed it in 10 mins . Friendly staff but the restaurant would not let me take a knife or plate to my room to cut up fruit. Did not try thier food so cannot comment. Pool attendant was a lot friendlier can buy food and drinks and use a plate and knife from there. Pool temperature was too cold, a lot of people were reluctant to go in. Overhaul is good value and good location to the beach, bars and restaurants.

I was treated well at the Welcome World Hotel. Rooms are spacious and clean, a great location next to the beach. However, please note that the entrance to the hotel is a bit confusing. Access is not from the beach but from a about 300 meter road off of Thappraya Road before it turns right to the beach. The is no easy access to the bars and restaurants on Thappraya once it turns right, you have to walk back up the road or walk along the Beach. Overall a good hotel.

I do not understand the positive comments here. This hotel is a scam 5 star hotel and should have maximum 3 stars. Terrible service and very old. Breakfast you cant choose, you get what you get! Prevent if you can, overpriced and bad quality. Location is good.

The location is abit secluded but in Pattaya are like that. The place looks very grand and the room are very spacious. Staff are nice but the hotel don’t have international plug to lent so do advise bring one if you needed it. Breakfast are good. Recommended to stay with family and definitely will go back again if going to Pattaya again

The hotel met all my expectations: location, proximity to the sea, to 7/11 stores, relative calm in Pattaya). The room is spacious, on the balcony it is great to drink morning coffee and enjoy the Thai atmosphere. The price/quality ratio is 100%.
