Let me talk about the first point first. The hotel said there is a parking lot, but it turned out that it was not my own parking lot. I was asked to park in someone else's parking lot at my own expense and then walked over. Is this called a parking lot? I laughed. Then I booked a hotel room (three beds) on the same trip on the 6th. When I checked in on the 8th, the waiter told me that this room had been booked on the 7th. I said you give it to me. Arrange another triple room. She said that there are no more triple rooms and can only arrange a double room for you. I said I had already booked the room on the 6th, so how could you give this room to someone else? She said she didn't see me booking online. I can't stand it. There was no hot water when I took a shower at night. When I went downstairs to find the boss, there was no one at the front desk. Later I found out that there is a switch in the next room, which needs to be turned on to have hot water. So since I have checked in, why don't you turn it on for me? I was not informed either. I endured the cold water and finished washing. Then there was a sudden power outage after 8 o'clock. I couldn't see anything. I went downstairs to look for the boss, but there was no one on the first floor either. Such a very, very bad experience, I will never go there again in this life.
