I thought I booked under hotel.. but its a homestay.. so I went there and ask the receiption.. they said this one dont have receiption.. so they asked me to call the number there..
I called the number stated there and someone pick up the phone and asked me to wasap.. ok fine.. I wasap and waited for 10 mins.. no reply.. I called bck.. still the bangladesh guy asked to wasap.. I wasap one more time to the same number.. still no reply.. waited another 10 mins.. so total 20 mins.. I feel angry and I called one more number there..
Difrent person picked up and asked me to called 2 mins before arrived.. I said I've already arrived.. where is the receiption??? He sudenly told me need to go to My News.. OMG.. why dont they tell me earlier need to go to My News.. I've been waited for so long.. they just asked to wasap.. but no respond at all.. finally said need to go to My News..
Not proper at all.. at least tell people that u dont have any reception.. need to meet at My News for check in.. dont make people waited for so long..
