Acqua con distributore (gratis)la possibilità di poter usufruire del servizio bar (self-service) sempre. Ma una persona non può fare tutto,dal check-in alle pulizie etc. Meglio fare fronte a queste esigenze dalla ristrutturazione parziale delle camere,alla pulizia e fare a meno di questi " servizi " gratis (parere personale)

Siamo rimasti in questo hotel una notte. Posizione buona, 15 minuti a piedi per il centro e porto. Zona tranquilla. Parcheggio interno molto stretto e nn di facile accesso, non da la possibilità di entrare e uscire a piacere. Camere ampie in stile d’epoca, da ammodernare. Letto matrimoniale discreto, divano letto molto scomodo, materassi vecchi. Personale gentile. Colazione la parte peggiore, poco varia, prodotti non freschi, alcuni visibilmente vecchi con muffa. Struttura con ottime possibilità, ma per il momento non lo consiglierei.

Pproprietario Davide persona molto disponibile il perrsonale molto gentile servizio eccellente frigo bar in camera gratuito anche comebtutto il servizio che é h 24. Il b/b é in un palazzo in stile,le stanze sono un pò datate ma molto pulite, biancheria pulita tutti i giorni posizione ottima, possibilitá di parcheggiare l'auto che posso dire se non consigliatissimo.

Charming vintage hotel with a small garden. Friendly welcome. Very large, welcoming room with high ceilings, a little chilly at the end of the day when the heating is lower. Mini fridge available in the room. Hot water. Hearty breakfast, savory and sweet, snacks available, excellent coffee, fresh juice. Walking tour, map and explanations provided at reception. Very pleasant stay.

Not so great hotel
We chose this hotel because it had a bath however this was too dirty to use. The room wasn't cleaned for the 3 days we were there so the bins weren't emptied and the towels not changed. Drinks were not replaced though we could get coffee downstairs and there was a water machine but no free bottles.
Breakfast was poor, no morning rolls or croissants left by 10am. No spoons to eat cereal or eggs one morning and no staff to ask. The price was very low so we didn't expect amazing things but at the very least the bins could have been emptied.
On a positive note the bed was comfortable.

Excellent location
Excellent location: nice villa in the center of Genoa. Very spacious rooms. Nice possibility to have breakfast in the garden, but the organising of the breakfast could be better: everyone is crowded when retrieving food from one corner of the room.
