PICCOLO ALBERGO IN CENTRO A GENOVA, MOLTO ACCOGLIENTE, IL PERSONALE E SOPRATTUTTO IL TITOLARE E' STATO MOLTO AFFABILE IN TUTTO SPECIALMENTE PER IL FATTO CHE HO PROBLEMI A CAMMINARE, UNICA PECCA IL 5°PIANO DI UN BELLISSIMO PALAZZO CHE PERO' SE L'ASCENSORE NON FUNZIONA (MI E' CAPITATO PURTROPPO) FARE 5 RAMPE DI SCALE LUNGHISSIME E' UNA TORTURA. APPENA POSSO CI RITORNERO' SICURAMENTE.

Buonasera purtroppo io e la mia fidanzata non riusciamo a dare più di una stella I letti erano molto scomodi , l’arredamento e davvero antico e sembra polveroso la colazione ci è sembrata molto umile fette biscottate ecc niente di speciale purtroppo ci siamo svegliati con un male alla schiena e in stanza faceva anche caldo non mi immagino tra qualche mese i mobili completamente traballanti

Un rumore assurdo! Sono stata 3 notti per un importante riunione di lavoro a seguito delle elezioni comunali ma davvero non ho dormito neanche una notte un chiasso e il vicolo dove si trova questo hotel e davvero pericolosa dopo la prima notte ho chiesto gentilmente di emettermi il rimborso ma mi è stato detto di no tramite Booking non consigliato!

Hotel con un odore strano sembrava muffa ma non ne ho la certezza Colazione misera signore in reception maleducato e poco professionale non torneremo ! Siamo nel 2025 e ci sono ancora posti dove si può fumare ( un odore di fumo in tutte le stanze ) sia la mia che quella di mia figlia che poverina soffre anche di asma e non vado oltre Le recensioni positive sembrano finte Quando vai lì ti trovi un un altro hotel in più mia moglie si è trovata con queste punture sul piede non sia mai che magari c’è anche qualche pulce nel letto!!!

Excelente localização,próximo de pontos turísticos e super fácil de se locomover de metrô ou ônibus.Quarto grande,limpo,com banheiro tambem muito bom.O receptivo super educado e nos ajudou com tudo que solicitamos. Recomendo com certeza.

Pessima esperienza letti scomodi e odore di fumo in tutte le stanze Pensavamo di divertirci eravamo così contenti di passare un weekend i figli Ma signore alla reception maleducato E struttura poco accogliente E la prima volta che ci siamo trovati male in Liguria

Non consigliato il signore alla reception troppo maleducato! Non so se sia più sporco il bagno o la hall dovevamo dormire 3 notti dopo 1 ora stiamo scappando Pensavamo di trovarci bene invece Leggete bene prima di prenotare ragazzi perché poi non vi restituiscono i soldi quindi fate attenzione anche al cane gigante che gira libero per l’hotel
