其實, 我們入住要求都是一般要求....今次就遇上挑戰。 當天入住時沒有工作人員只有清潔員工不會英文的。今次我們訂了QUADRUPLE ROOM WITH TERRACE裝潢OK ，房間樓下是街市，十分嘈雜，亦鄰近後巷收垃圾地區。只不過廚房廁所因為沒有隔氣異味大,WIFI慢。而今次問題引發點是沒有足夠熱水沖涼，我們知道後馬上與業主聯絡 (都是中午,因為剛完成長途機都打算沖涼休息一下)，一直在線等待回覆。後期終於回覆，業主的方案是要求[開啟]整個房間的出水位（即是開盡廚房洗手盤的水龍頭，浴室洗手盤的水龍頭，淋浴間的花灑）來推動熱水爐，但水也只是涼涼的，根本不算是暖水，真的接受不了（十分浪費）。我們訂的是有露台按摩浴缸的房間，打算看看能不能泡泡熱水，一打開池水十分污濁且有濃烈漂白水味，應該不打算給客人用。 第一天就這樣...沖凍水涼 (當天只有15度氣溫)   因為問題未能得到解決，我們隨後把圖片分享在社交媒體。第二天，我們在海上TOUR去五漁村途中收到TILO工作人員信息，要求我們馬上退房（因為我們在社交媒體分享真實情況）。在途中我不斷回覆說晚上才可取回行李...糾纏一段時間，他們給我們晚上回去退房。這過程他們表現得十分不專業，正常的安排是會給你轉其他房間或馬上維修熱水爐，但他們選擇了最差的解決方法，十分失望。   最後，我們完成了當日旅遊後馬上回TILO收拾離開。其實好的B&B或酒店在熱那亞也很多，“塞翁失馬，焉知非福”或“因禍得福”。我在Wonderful Italy馬上找到另一家性價比十分高的，十分感恩再遇上正常的事情。無論如何，在退款方面也不見得順利，現在他們還拖欠城市稅。   總結： 位置在市中心，近火車及地鐵站 裝潢OK ,沒有電梯🛗 沒有工作人員在現場 入住只可在下午二時後 樓下是菜市場，買食物方便，但也帶來噪音 廚房及廁所異味大，沒有足夠的熱水（業主表示是舊樓不能改變） 露台按摩浴缸只是拍照用，網上我也找不到住客分享使用過的圖片 最重要的是，工作人員的態度十分不友善（作為服務性行業這是十分重要的）   有時以為評分5星是好東西, 也不知道是真或是假。現在有圖有真相，希望大家也有個愉快旅程。

Tilo manages hotels and apartments in Genoa. We stayed in an apartment on Via Salita del Prione. It's a very central area just steps from Piazza Rafael Ferrari and the cathedral, next to Piazza del Erbe, one of the busiest, with restaurants and bars and a great nightlife. The first difficulty we encountered was checking in online through ***********, as there was no in-person option. The person in charge helped us over the phone, after calling repeatedly because at first the answering machine was on. We spent almost an entire morning between calls, app failures, and difficulties uploading photos. The apartment is quite spacious and has almost everything, except for a washing machine and, above all, Wi-Fi. Curiously, when we asked the person in charge, they responded that these apartments are specifically for guests who request a place to disconnect from everything, and are designed for that purpose. Well, next to this square, it's absurd to expect "disconnect from everything"; on holidays, there are crowds and noise until at least 3 a.m. And of course, we never had the option to request this service. The property doesn't have it, even though we had requested it. The apartment includes a double bed and a sofa bed. But when we arrived, there was no bedding for the sofa. The person in charge told us it was because we had selected a double bed when making the reservation. In fact, we didn't make this selection; we just chose "don't care." But in any case, the sofa is included in the price, regardless of the other bed. Fortunately, they ended up bringing us the bedding for the sofa. In short, a good accommodation, but with quite a few complications.

Le camere erano impeccabili, spaziose e molto confortevoli, perfette per rilassarsi dopo una giornata trascorsa ad esplorare Genova. La posizione è ideale, vicina alle principali attrazioni turistiche e alla stazione ferroviaria, il che ha reso il mio soggiorno ancora più pratico. Inoltre, le strutture sono moderne e ben curate, un chiaro segno dell’attenzione ai dettagli da parte dell’hotel. Consiglio vivamente l’Hotel Tilo a chiunque cerchi un soggiorno indimenticabile a Genova. Ci tornerò senza alcun dubbio!"

Abbiamo pernottato con il nostro bambino seguito al Gaslini. Devo dire che è stata una bella sorpresa, impeccabile la pulizia dalla cucina alle camere da letto. Abbiamo dormito nell' appartamento Ferrari una minisuite a prezzi modesti, dove non mancava nulla dai detersivi alle capsule del caffè, asciugamani morbidissimi e letti comodissimi. Torneremo senza esitare ai prossimi controlli del bimbo. Posizione eccellente e titolare disponibilissimo.

El Tilo Hotel superó nuestras expectativas. La limpieza es impecable, todo estaba perfectamente cuidado. La ubicación es ideal, cerca de todo lo necesario. Además, el personal es increíblemente amable y siempre está dispuesto a ayudar con cualquier solicitud, lo que hizo que nuestra estancia fuera aún más agradable. Lo que más nos sorprendió fue el detalle del regalo para nuestra mascota, así como la atención especial para los niños, que quedaron encantados. Sin duda, un lugar al que volveremos y que recomendamos con entusiasmo.
