老闆娘很熱情，房間乾淨，門口可以停車，周邊吃飯方便，不用開車，離景區開車8分鐘即可到達。

酒店位於根河市中心，酒店附近有早餐店，餐廳，便利店和店鋪，要吃三餐和買日常用品，很方便。
從酒店徒步大約25分鐘可以抵達冷極廣場，這裡有個温度計地標，是遊客必到的打卡場地。
酒店略顯舊，我們住雙床房，房間不大，但床舒適，好睡。
酒店前台由老闆娘負責接待，有什麼問題或詢問，老闆娘樂意幫助，服務親切。

這次沒找好，被網上圖片迷惑了。位置稍偏，配置就是原始小旅店，停車門口路邊，所謂的方便就是能停馬路牙子上邊。房間還算乾淨，為了圖省事選的一樓，結果大半夜的辦入住的很吵，不能奢求隔音效果。酒店有張推薦吃飯的表格，列好了各種類型推薦，照着吃了感覺一般。最不能容忍的是我們吃飯回來，正好撞見服務人員開我們的房門。開始還以為是進錯房間的房客。在已經有人入住的情況下，不是需要客人允許才行嗎？這也是服務沒打高分的原因。

設施比較老舊了，沒電梯行李需要人力扛，服務還是挺好的，熱情周到，不遠處有一家達斡爾族同胞開封的早點店，特別好吃

價格非常合理。服務態度非常好，老闆介紹我明早一定要去對面街的早餐點用餐，好吃又實惠。玩得瘋了，延遲很多才退房，沒給臉色看，非常棒。

9月中下旬，在冷極的酒店房間裏地暖很温暖，穿一件單衣服即可。酒店門前有停車場，能滿足自駕遊要求，店家很熱情，主動介紹周邊吃飯和購物情況。

在根河到了這一間住宿，就如網上的好評和照片一樣，乾淨整潔。在酒店等著車時已經看到酒店的員工和老闆都是忙忙碌碌的打掃，所以如此的乾淨。
位置也很好，附近近步行街，有很多的美食。
價格平民化卻很合理，晚上也很清靜。
