這次入住的套房太驚喜了！位置超方便，開車幾分鐘就到根河河畔了。
套房房間面積夠大！開關控制也很比較合理，客廳拉開窗簾就能看到滿山秋色，遮光效果很好，睡得特別香。洗漱間面積很大，還帶了浴缸，配的洗護和吹風機質感都好，衞生也沒話説，每個角落都乾淨。
服務也貼心，辦理入住快，休息得很好！為本次旅行添色不少！

非常好的一家酒店，一連住了4晚。酒店在半山上，景色非常好。房間很大很乾凈，而且乾濕分離。打掃客房的孫姐人很好，房間打掃得很乾凈，服務熱情禮貌。早餐的盧姐和劉姐都很好。酒店旁邊50米的森林公園太美了，爬上山頂有一個亭子和瞭望台。能看到整個根河和金色的森林。看夕陽太棒了。酒店點外賣也很方便。如果下次來根河一定還住這裏。

房間非常大。還可以泡澡這個房間。但是需要熱水器裏的水。熱水放完衹能先淺淺泡着。然後等大約三十分鐘後熱水器的水加熱。再放一部分水。但這些都是沒關係的。都可以接受。因為在根河這個地方。這個酒店的衞生環境已經是很好了。老闆也很熱情。臨走時 我們本來説買兩瓶水。老闆説不用買了。送你們兩瓶。另外這個酒店有早餐。老闆説都是當天新鮮做的。挺好的。推薦。

訂完酒店，用高德導航的時候，無意間看到：c店家打人事件！好怕怕！可惜訂單不可取消了，衹能硬着頭皮入住！ 結果 check in 過後，房間除了大一無是處！ 剛好趕上根河下雨，房間特別潮濕陰冷，自來水還有些黃。可能是離山太進了，床上有蟲子！不敢找酒店，怕被揍… 衹能讓我老公消滅蟲子了！第二天一大早就趕快離開了。

房間很新，面積也很大。根河還有一家根河伴山酒店，導航千萬別錯了。酒店位置稍微偏僻，不過叫外賣是可以送到，沒什麼問題。房間有小愛智能，可以開燈開電視，其他的交互功能應該還沒有校準，可以試試。馬桶有自動加熱，淋浴花灑也很大，水壓稍微差點，不過這裏本來資源稀缺，能理解。餐廳的大姐態度很好，帶有孩子的會提醒不要做圓桌，因為有轉盤玻璃，不穩定不安全。我的車停在老闆的保時捷後面，老闆看到我在整理行李，特意把車子挪開，給我騰空間。

前台人員服務差到極點，多要兩瓶水，説給不了，讓接自來水喝，第一次遇到這麼無理取鬧的要求，服了，雖然説這個地區比較冷，物資少有匱乏，但也不是酒店服務態度差的理由，提前在平台備註了給孩子一個伴手禮，也給了，不過是個壞了的當地風俗的薩滿玩偶，呵呵，還不如説不能滿足，直接拒絕，這樣孩子也會覺得無所謂，另外一個是房間裏的床單被褥是自己酒店清洗的，不太乾淨，鬧不清是不是沒換還是沒洗乾淨，最氣人的是屋裡有蚊蟲叮咬，電蚊香沒起作用，孩子起床後被咬了好多處，到處能看到小蟲子，蜘蛛，本身一路上遊玩，心情挺好的，酒店住了一夜，心情大打折扣

這家酒店真的很新很高檔，設施一流，處處都乾淨整潔，看着就舒服。
老闆人特別和善大氣，服務也非常周到貼心。最驚喜的是給我們免費升級了一個超級大的豪華套房！空間大得離譜，體驗感直接拉滿。

酒店靠着小山坡，出門就是有人行棧道可以上去，滿山的蘑菇采個夠
