四號院的環境是真的好，可惜我們選的是一號院，衹有我們的房間地漏味道重，溝通後換到賓館家庭房。

一流的設計，末流的服務。酒店是伊克薩瑪大酒店在邊上新開，沿用的是酒店的服務系統，員工也想賣力，但服務明顯跟不上，諾大的一棟別墅，帶廚房的那種，結果衹設計了一台海爾家用電熱水器（設計師拉出去槍斃三分鐘），洗了十分鐘不到就沒熱水了，自己燒一壺水先給孩子把頭上的泡沫沖乾淨，沖完發現房間裏沒有吹風機，等送來已經是孩子發抖了11分鐘之後。住這種房型的大部分還是家庭出行的客人比較多吧，這麼好的硬件，卻要爭分奪秒的洗澡，掐時掐點的等水燒熱，是該誇你們有腦子呢還是該誇你們原生態呢。
酒店的工作人員沒有主動表達歉意，直到我發火，才開始驚慌失措的連聲抱歉，包括經理，第二天退房，一句話不説收了房卡了事，也不問一下孩子昨晚有沒感冒，大人們有沒有洗成澡，你説我是不是應該誇服務團隊的淳樸呢。

整個行程住的最驚喜的地方，美的讓人窒息，到的時候剛好看到夕陽，對親子家庭簡直太友好了，很多有創意的遊樂設施，小朋友玩的停不下來，隨手拍都很出片，滿歸，滿意而歸

房間沒有打掃乾淨，沙發都是小便的味道。入住沒有提醒早上九點早餐，九點到就説什麼都沒了有什麼吃什麼，但是什麼都沒了，問有沒有包子什麼拿一下，辦理入住還要房卡按金，主要是辦理入住和房間都不在一個區域，非常不方便！
