老闆人很好，給免費升級了房型，景觀更好。酒店也有洗衣機，如果自己沒時間的話，老闆會幫忙洗和晾。根河叫車很難，老闆會提供叫出租車的平台電話，很方便。

根河的雪景也許不是整個內蒙最美的，因為坐望森林這家民宿，一個南方人對雪季的最美好期待全都實現了。
環境：相比其他幾家知名度更高（價格也更貴）的民宿，這家民宿的位置其實是更加得天獨厚的。離市中心最熱鬧的地方只有一公里，吃飯或者買東西都方便。
最珍貴的是它真的是「坐望森林」！位置就在根河邊上，大落地窗的正南面就是守望橋和森林，每天七點半左右左手邊看日出，下午四點左右右手邊看日落。 這在整個根河應該是獨一無二的了！
設施：房間很温馨，設計審美在線，居住舒服。天氣冷不想出門的時候，在房間裏待着也很好
服務：前台小姐姐和老闆都很熱情。原本打算住兩天就離開根河去往下一站的，但後來又決定再多待兩天。
將來的某一天我一定會想念在根河的這段美好時光，這份美好裏有50%是因為這家獨一無二的民宿。（沒有拍房間裏的照片，但圖片都是在民宿的露台或者邊上拍的）

新開的酒店環境好，房間配套設施很高，在這裏來説屬於應有盡有了，地理位置優越，周邊風景很好，早上看日出很美，前台服務非常熱情，周到.!工作人員都很敬業能及時處理問題，前台服務特別熱情主動幫忙提行李!床墊子超級舒服!

酒店在根河算是比較高檔的民宿了，裝修和設施都很好，有洗衣機洗衣服方便，服務也熱情，就是房間太大了，空調有點不夠用晚上有點冷。
