We (couple) were unfortunately given a single room (great view though) instead of a double room by accident, but only realized after we settled in. The staff kindly offered to move us but it would have been annoying as we had already settled in, but gave us free breakfast in exchange for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, we were then told the incorrect time for breakfast and missed it, then felt that staff were not very kind when we showed up late, asking us essentially if we knew the difference between the weekend and weekday (which we obviously do but no one had told us about the different breakfast times). It was also not clear/we were not told that we had to ask for cleaning through the iPad in the room and our room was not cleaned."

"The breakfast was good, and the hotel's location in the Old Town is fantastic – you step right out into various attractions, which is super convenient. It's an easy walk to the riverside to soak in both the ancient and modern vibes of Gdansk. The evening views by the river are beautiful, though it was quite windy and chilly; it would probably be even more pleasant in the summer. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, for this price, staying in the Old Town felt like a great deal. I'd definitely consider coming back if I get the chance! Recommended with four stars."

"We visited the restaurant here. Never again. There are reasons nobody was in the restaurant when we arrived. Was served the main course, as ordered, half way through main course, was told if we want desert we would have order it now because tge kitchen was closing and then asked to oay for the meal before we had finished the main course. Again, there is a reason this restaurant is empty.. Very poorly run, very poor service. Sorry to be the burden of bad news for this restaurant."

"The property is a bit out of the way from the airport; you'll need two modes of transport to get there, and there's not much around. The place is new, but check-in is online, and there's no one to greet you when you arrive. The online check-in process is quite cumbersome, which I wanted to warn people about, especially those unfamiliar with it... Later, I found an employee there, but they weren't very helpful; it was clear from their face that they had a 'why don't you do it yourself' attitude. The only thing I liked about the property was its lobby, which was beautiful, but it was in a different location from the entrance. For breakfast, they leave a closed package at your door in the morning; don't expect much. After breakfast, I left the hotel and explored until the evening. When I returned, the breakfast trash hadn't been cleared; no one had entered the room at all."

"Room is very typical, no big comments. Constant noise during the sleeping hours because of engines working. Most probably, young people do not feel this discomfort but for elder generation it is a trouble. TV aggregate is not a friendly using machine, sometimes you feel that there is a need of a special education. No parking, this means you need to spend additional money. If you want a bathrobe this again costs you additional cash. SPA is not very clean, I would possibly say, just ok. Breakfast (it is a tradition in a whole Poland) is very good. Staff is very helpful, no complaints about it."

"Long waiting for lunch, together with wife we have ordered two meals, fish ( sandacz) and sea soup which turned out to be tomato soup with two shrimps, piece of fish and 3 mussles of moulles, my wife meal it was a fish with potato ( no salt at all) and szparagi, in general everything was quite good except maybe the soup. All my additional requests were fulfilled, and the hotel carefully respects ALL program privileges and takes into account the preferences saved in my ALL account. ✨ Excellent food – both the breakfasts, which are rich and varied, and the offerings at the Winestone restaurant, where the dishes not only look great but, above all, taste delicious. 🍽️ I've spent a total of three nights here, and I definitely plan to stay again. "Amazing experience! Kasper (hope I remembered his name correctly), the young man at the reception, was incredibly friendly and attentive. He helped us arrange a room with a sofa bed—the bed was already made when we checked in—and he also gave us lots of great tips for visiting Gdańsk. My child absolutely loved the stay, and we really enjoyed the breakfast. Since we had to check out very early at 3:40 a.m., the team thoughtfully prepared a breakfast box for us, which we truly appreciated. The room was spacious, the bathroom felt very new, and there were no unpleasant smells at all. The only small downside was the lack of a mini fridge. The hotel is about a 20-minute taxi ride from Sopot, the Old Town, and the airport. The train station is just a 3–4 minute walk away, which makes getting around very convenient. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you want to stay away from crowded tourist areas while still enjoying a comfortable stay and an excellent breakfast."
