I booked an apartment for 2 people for 4 nights in July 2025. When we arrived there were only two small towels, out of which one was used (wet and with a large yellowish stain). Also, there was no hairdryer in the apartment. They brought both large and small clean towels and a hairdryer when we asked for them, but they didn't answer the chat and took forever to pick up the phone. Overall an acceptable experience, however cleanliness and communications could be better.

It was a terrible experience, I don't even know where to start. The flat looks nice at first... However, you don't get any sleep: bugs in the dirty beds (paper fishers, bacon beetle larvae, ...) and the walls are very thin. There is constant noise on the street (shouting drunks, deliveries to the kiosk directly below the flat every day at 5am, ...). In one bedroom the blackout blinds were broken and were not repaired even when asked - apparently they were broken months before my stay. The kitchen is equipped with pots, but they are mouldy. In the bathroom, there are silverfish as well as some stains on the walls and under the washbasin. This is probably due to the non-functioning ventilation. The furniture is partly broken (unlike in all the pictures on the website) and there is chewing gum is stuck in the gaps between the sofa. Do yourself a favour and look for other accommodation. There are various better alternatives at very similar prices.

Avoid this company. We booked an apartment for our stay in gdansk poland on ***********. Cost of initial booking was 2800zloty($700) for 4 days. Upon arrival from airport the company asked for additional deposit over the website with preauthorize hold of 300 zloty. After leaving the company charged us additional 1000 zloty and kept the deposit claiming we damaged the towels and dirty linen which was left on floor after usage. The shower was broken Microwave/oven was not working Laundry was broken Wifi was down half of the stay(due to non payment) Company wouldn’t reply or respond to any phone calls after 4 pm. We called them Thursday and Friday didn’t get any response until Monday a day after check out. They charged us 1300 zloty($360) just for throwing used towels on the floor.
