The location is excellent — very close to restaurants and the horse-riding point, which made everything super convenient. The hotel offers stunning full mountain views, truly breathtaking and perfect for relaxing in nature.
The staff were very friendly and provided great service throughout our stay. Overall, a wonderful experience!

Picturesque surroundings, best location. As the hotel was almost empty there was no buffet and hardly any non veg item on set menu . Although dishes were available on demand and chargeable . It must be some internal issue but the staff was prompt and hospitable . Overall the best property ( location wise) to stay in ********

Considering the hotel is only 15 months old, it didn’t look new. The workmanship in the property- bathroom grouting, painting, craftsmanship is poor for an international brand such as Sheraton. The dinner in the restaurant was limited in choice and poor so was the quality of the service from the Receptionist.
