I booked this hotel because of the Radisson brand, expecting a high standard of hospitality, but the property felt more like a 3-star hotel than a premium one.The staff service was poor, and several room amenities were either missing or not working. The door lock, room phone, and tea kettle were faulty, and even basic items like tea cups were not provided. The overall maintenance of the property was below expectations, and the garden was not well maintained.I stayed here with my family, so comfort and safety were especially important. Unfortunately, the experience did not match the reputation associated with the Radisson brand. I hope the management takes these issues seriously and improves the quality of service and maintenance."
