"No hot water facilities, no mineral water, no light, tab lekage in bathroom, very congustrade room, no hospitality, no cleaning facilities, stale food, they are much rude behaviour. Me and my children have got ills due this. I didn't stay all 5 night there, due to too much problems i have to left that resort, i want refund my money back, i spoiled my trip. When light come then tv did not work. Terrible condition of my room. They have few roon spacious but they didn't not provided me, the manager told me if you want to left hotel you can go i will not refund you, neither provide me facilities nor ready to refund money they like very professional greedy person"

The staff even braved a fresh snowfall to transport our luggage to our car upon departure. For anyone visiting Sonmarg, I cannot recommend Arco Hotels & Resorts highly enough—it truly is the epitome of comfort and warmth in a winter wonderland."
