Awesome villa to stay!!! The place is beautiful, the swimming pool was nice to take a dip. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good.

Very friendly host and his staff. The location is good. A really beautiful villa with all amenities. The best breakfast we had in Sri Lanka (we had 9 hotels). The pool is amazing. The hotel staff swept and cleaned the area every day. But the floor in the room was a bit dusty. Slow breakfast service. My advice is to serve breakfast indoors so that the guests are not bitten by mosquitoes. Thank you so much for your hospitality! I definitely recommend this villa to all travelers.

We had a very good stay. Hotel is away of busy touristic streets , but it’s convenient to get there whenever you need . Stuff is polite and helpful, breakfast served in the garden, nice swimming pool .

The staff and the Hotel manager are so helpful and supportive. They are always smiling and they are so friendly. I feel like staying at my own house. The meals and the breakfast are amazing. I would recommend fried calamari, pasta with jumbo prawns, seasonal salad , all of them are so delicious . If you really like bouitique hotel concept and uniqe friendly environment, this hotel is the best choice for you

This hotel is very cost-effective. We booked a family room, which was very big and had a refrigerator. The breakfast was not buffet style, but served after we were seated. It was freshly made, which made people feel very good. There was also a welcome drink upon check-in, and the service was also very good. Very Sri Lankan style hotel, the two-story room is large and the bed is comfortable. Not used to the feeling of the bathroom, the room lighting is too dim. The hotel breakfast is good, you can choose English or Sri Lankan breakfast. You can see many birds on the lawn where you eat.
