Location was great as we were visiting the university of Florida. Room was clean, bed was comfy. But shower could have used an update since the room had been. They don't offer breakfast only coffee. The pool was out of order and the ice machine on 3rd floor isn't work. Overall I'd give them a 5 out 10.

Stayed here before apartment lease starts. Calm, quiet place close to malls. Nice and kind receptionists. No laundry service, although there is a laundromat a bit away (bit too far to walk) - consider if you are here for a long time.

We always stop at this location on our way back to Fort Lauderdale. Monica and her staff are great, and they always enjoy welcoming my pet rabbits. It’s very comfortable and clean, and it’s conveniently located near major shopping. I look forward to my next visit, and I’ll again give it a top rating of two rabbit ears up!! ( ( ( -.-) o_(“)(“)

So today on June 25, 2025…it’s 4 am I have three babies with me and my fiancée we were all sleeping when a knock came across I immediately woke up and before I can fully get up they tried to open the door…So as I’m walking to the door I say who is it…they say front desk & they go on to say this room is not paid for…remind you guys I had to book another night and we will be leaving later on this morning I book this night on Monday because we originally was suppose to leave Tuesday morning but due to us having to go back to Pensacola with two toddlers and a newborn we decided to go ahead and stay an extra night to get some rest from being at the hospital majority of Tuesday…long story short I’m trying to figure out what was hotel front desk going to stand over us until we wake up or come in here and wake us up…they could have charged that card the day they got it or when we left. And since the doors are so loud when you open and close them they scared one of my toddlers and woke my newborn up…I don’t appreciate how they went about doing what they did…& I seen that it said free breakfast was included that was a lie only coffee, bathroom wall is cracked in the tub, I went to give my children a bath and the drain stopper came out as soon as the water hit it. It’s mold on the ceiling and cracks in the ceiling, there was one light that didn’t even have light bulbs and then when I asked for extra trash bags for the small garbage cans (2) they gave me one bag…I will never book here again.

Had to visit Gainesville to drop kid at U of F camp, wanted a quick one night stay. Had to wait 25 min to get a room past 4pm, they were slammed night before, no rooms. They are no longer taking prepaid cards like Chime, Cashapp for deposits. Name must be on major debit/ crefit card. So much frauf, so we get that. Easy check in. Room 107 was basic, 2 beds. Pros: liked laminate floors. Everything was basuc, clean. TV was good. Had mini fridge and microwave. Nice split sink/ tiolet setup. Overall clean, nice enough. We had double beds. Cons: minor cosmetics that should be fixed. Its always the details in nicer places that elevate a stay. 1. Torn shower curtain at top, holes, but hot shower 2. Pucker in ceiling, water damage 3. Seal on wall is coming apart 4. Clean grout around tub, a plus Nothing overly bad just things that should be better! Would stay again. Consider upgrading to premium.
