The room was clean and remodeled except for the bathroom. The check out clerk in the morning was very polite and friendly. I would stay at the hotel again when I was in Gainesville , it was very affordable but they did have coffee but no breakfast. If you are looking for an affordable hotel !

It was a smoking room and it definitely smelled like cigarettes. Got the room due to the low price but would never stay in a smoker’s room ever again.

Lady at desk at night was not friendly at all. Did not greet us, stayed silent the entire check in process and just threw stuff at us for check in. Very rude and unprofessional when you are in the “hospitality” business. This place is a joke. You have to leave your ID with them to borrow a hair dryer. A $10 hair dryer lol. ******* says this property was remodeled in 2022…hahaha what a joke! There is no way this place can be this bad in 3 years. No property maintenance, rooms are filthy and gross, pool is nasty, everything around this property is falling apart and dirty. The palm trees are even falling apart (literally). Thank god we only stayed for less than 12 hours. I would never have lasted longer than that. Pics on site do NOT match what this place looks like. Lies in their ad altogether. No full size fridge in our “kitchenette” either. Stay away

The motel has NOT been updated! Peeling paint everywhere on outside. Inside room, bed linens had stains and rips, no drawers or closet, bathroom is OLD and disgusting with visible dirt, missing tiles. Toilet is sooo low to ground, almost couldn't stand up from it. Stains on tub and in tub. Wall above toilet paper is disgusting. The supplied coffee pot didn't work. The toaster was missing the knob for operation. The front door was almost impossible to close when leaving. I wish I could add pictures!

Do not stay here. Hotel needs to be renovated. Guy checking us in was rude. Other hotels in the area t choose from. Had to switch rooms because air conditioning didn’t work. New room the toilet seat wasn’t attached. Major renovations needed!

We stayed overnight before and after going on a cruise. On both occasions we had to change rooms. The property needs major renovations. The air conditioning didn’t work, one toilet was leaking water and the second room, the toilet seat wasn’t attached. I would not recommend staying here.

The room was good, with the exception of the shower. There were bugs all in the shower, and the receptionist was not very helpful, other than that it was ok.

Not well kept at all by any means. Granted the price is low but doesn’t mean for the place to be falling apart or run down. Very embarrassing The staff was nice. But the whole place need a complete overhaul

It was dirty. I was in town for my kid's graduation, so it served it's purpose. But the building and the room needed a facelift
