There is a balcony but it is blocked by the roof at a close distance. Although there is a shuttle bus, it is far away and you can barely see a little bit. Changbai Mountain has its own hot springs. Luneng may not be as convenient as Wanda for travel.

我是攻略小白，第一次寫，衹為美憬閣，不吐不快！先上結論，滿分10分的話，2分！！！
有一説一，先説建議：1、如果滑雪小白，建議你出行前先去商場的室內滑雪場掌握基本的滑雪技能。2、想預訂美憬閣酒店的各位親，想辦法要到酒店客服的連結，價格會比你便宜很多。
再説下優點：1、魯能的滑道適合新手（非小白），安全性較高；2、前台小姐姐服務熱情，旺季期間酒店前台為實習大學生，雖稱不上多麼專業，但發自內心的笑容絕對值得點贊。
相比優先，槽點則是層數不窮，從入住開始，美憬閣酒店一定能刷新你對五星級酒店下限的認知。
1、當你拖着大包小包的行李以及沉重的滑雪裝備來到酒店大堂時，你能猜到整個大堂為你服務的工作人員你猜有幾個嗎？一個！就一個！！！服務員？沒有！禮賓？沒有！偌大的酒店居然沒有禮賓服務！沒錯，有的就是一個可憐的前台小姐姐，要獨自面對好幾對的同時入住顧客。因此，你得自己一趟又一趟的從車上搬行李，你得長時間排隊，不過面對如此熱情的小姐姐，你不會忍心責怪...但直到最後，我發現這衹是酒店拿捏你心理的開始。
2、入住時候已經是晚上，一身疲倦的趕緊自己洗漱完準備給孩子洗漱，這時你會發現明明登記的帶孩子入住，小童浴袍？沒有！小童洗漱用品？沒有！小童拖鞋？沒有！拿起房間座機想給前台打電話？沒有信號！再看看自己身上，一套睡袍，算了，明天再説吧...
3、窗外就是長白山，愛睡懶覺的我也準備看個日出。睡前定好鬧鐘，6點起床拉開窗簾，寫好的兒樓山景房，窗外一半是一樓屋頂！算了，穿上衣服，下樓去看...
4、為了霧凇再拼一把，零下幾十度訂了清晨8點的漂流。到達漂流點後，被告知我的權益裏沒有漂流。一羣人在身後排隊，那種尷尬...還以為自己訂錯了套餐，默默打開攜程，明明有啊，拿給漂流的工作人員看，答覆是她衹看酒店小程序裏的權益，需要我聯繫酒店。打給酒店前台，答覆是馬上處理，但是酒店小程序裏權益刷新要較長一段時間...於是我們在漂流起點眼睜睜看着霧凇消失！！！事後想來，漂流作為12項權益中唯一的外包項目，發放權益時其它11項都有，唯獨沒有漂流，各位自行體會。
5、在無邊泳池，一邊享受温泉一邊遠觀長白山的美景。你真的無法想象在這樣愉快的時刻，邊上人告知我他前一天上午用1899元訂了2晚上，還是酒店客服推送的連結，我直接石化的心情。要知道我們倆是預訂的時間間隔不到一小時，而我1604元1晚的價格，也是觀察近半個月的攜程最低價，而且我在預訂前半小時也聯繫過酒店客服。要知道1899元2晚的套餐攜程始終顯示訂滿！（附幾張同一時間查看的酒店客服私發連結和攜程的區別，各位自行體會。不得不説，酒店這波營銷，服氣！！！）
6、因為房間價格的問題我聯繫了酒店經理，經理的處理更是堪稱專業！上午10點多，我向酒店前台反映價格問題，10點40分經理給我回電話表示理解我的心情，已展開調查，先補償一份下午茶。之後等大批12點也沒有再等到電話，於是我又打通經理電話，經理給我的回覆是她權限不夠，已經在向上申請特價經費。直到下午3點多，在我的再三催促下，經理給我的最終答覆是酒店營銷不存在任何問題，為表示歉意，離店時給我打包2份歡迎水果！！！要知道，我們將在當天下午4點（滑雪場關閉）離店。不得不説，經理這波操作，專業！！！用血的教訓提醒還想預訂美憬閣酒店的各位親，要到酒店客服的連結，是你的當務之急。
7、魯能的滑雪場很大，有初級道、中級道、高級道，場地很不錯！適合新手，但注意，我説的新手不是小白，如果滑雪小白，建議你出行前先去商場的室內滑雪場掌握基本的滑雪技能。因為魯能的雪道上幾乎沒有能扶你的工作人員，有的衹有專心於教學的教練以及同樣在初級雪道的有心無力體驗者。同時，魯能滑雪場也是一家大型的滑雪學校，每次想排隊上魔毯時都會遇到動則幾十人的小學員排隊上魔毯，教練也會告訴你要讓小朋友先上魔毯。面對可愛的面龐，你不會忍心站在他們中間。
這次在魯能的體檢真的可以用乘興而來、敗興而歸來歸納，着實讓人失望了！

服務極差的酒店，一定要有心裏準備，五星級的酒店一星級的服務：
1.接送 接機的時候沒有人提前告知在哪，怎麼接，自己憑感覺找到的大巴車，大巴車司機態度也差，非要把20寸的箱子拿到車上，結果就衹能一路抱着箱子；送機就更離譜了，提前一天微信客服約的，結果準時到了司機説訊息不對，説約的我是瑞士酒店不是美景閣，讓我去瑞士酒店坐車，差點和司機吵起來才算坐上車
2.人員 從前台到客服，真的都特別隨意，愛答不理，很明顯是酒店管理和人員培訓太差，我甚至懷疑這些人都是臨時工，雪季一過人就都離職了
3.權益 別看送了那麼多權益，衹有滑雪和漂流湊合，但滑雪沒有高級道，漂流也衹有20分鐘，地中海温泉很一般，和北坡的皇冠假日沒得比
如果不是為了去天池坐落日飛車，真的不建議來
