送的權益都有，但是就單純酒店來説的真的不如人意。首先，入住一定是給我一個固定的房間，別人比我晚到的都入住了，給我分配的一個還沒有退房的房，理解不了。然後是班車，不是真的送到滑雪場，水樂園，司機説的好聽走20m，其實是冰天雪地走200m，這個真的是非常無語，另外，班車並不多。設施真的老舊，隔音超級差，隔壁看電視乃至走樓梯都能聽到。再説説温泉，服務也非常不好，説到九點，八點四十多就開始説下班了，體驗很不好

服務不錯，前台比較有耐心。看我帶了孩子還給主動生升級了房型。房間的隔音做的不好，沒有做下水道的靜音處理，而且衞生不是很好，其中有一間房下水道反味兒比較重 在其中一間房間裏，發現了蛾蚋！！ 建議酒店對下水道進行統一消殺處理
