和萬達度假區的悦華搞混了，這個是萬達加盟店，不在度假區，距離有10公里吧，雖然有班車，但還是不方便。早餐太差，蛋炒飯也太鹹了。酒店的温泉在維修，不能用，升級到漢拿山温泉。令人詫異的是雪票是刷臉的，每次都要摘雪鏡和護臉，太不方便了。以後千萬不要搞混。還有一件詭異的事，就是二層卧室旁有個小房間門是鎖着的，但熄燈後從地板和門的縫隙能看到裏面有燈光，夜裡還不時傳來流水似的窸窸窣窣的聲音，太嚇人了。第一晚沒睡好，還好沒發生什麼。

對於有2娃的媽媽來説，遇到旅遊最大的頭痛問題就是：臟衣服！這家酒店真的是太棒了，有洗衣機+烘乾機！對於臟衣服又厚的冬季來説！真的是我的最愛啊！

送的權益都有，但是就單純酒店來説的真的不如人意。首先，入住一定是給我一個固定的房間，別人比我晚到的都入住了，給我分配的一個還沒有退房的房，理解不了。然後是班車，不是真的送到滑雪場，水樂園，司機説的好聽走20m，其實是冰天雪地走200m，這個真的是非常無語，另外，班車並不多。設施真的老舊，隔音超級差，隔壁看電視乃至走樓梯都能聽到。再説説温泉，服務也非常不好，説到九點，八點四十多就開始説下班了，體驗很不好
