給四位長者訂了魯能勝地瑞士酒店，入住後免費升級了套房。房間寬敞明亮舒適，乾淨衞生。xixi小姐姐回訪電話詢問是否滿意，Coco經理每天根據天氣情況幫長者安排遊玩計劃，真的是熱情周到。大堂值班經理們個個有禮貌，安排觀光車接送長者去景點遊玩。小魏經理是山東老鄉，更是熱情。餐廳裏高個美女經理安排的餐食美味可口，長者們稱讚住在瑞士酒店裡有非常温馨的感覺。如果有朋友去長白山，第一推薦瑞士酒店。

這次來長白山，入住了魯能度假區的瑞士酒店，體驗感真的超級棒，必須要分享給大家！
剛預訂完酒店，管家Coco就主動聯繫我了，加了微信後，她給我發了超級詳細的入住指南，包括酒店周邊有什麼好玩的、酒店的各種設施開放時間，真的是細緻入微，讓我這個第一次來長白山的人瞬間安心了好多。在入住的這三天兩晚裏，不管我有什麼問題，如預訂景區門票、安排包車去周邊景點，叫度假區擺渡車體驗各種項目，Coco都能第一時間回覆我，並且把事情安排得妥妥當當。
在酒店的公共區域，不管碰到哪個服務員，他們都會微笑着打招呼，讓人心情特別好。打掃房間的阿姨也很細緻，每天都會把房間收拾得乾乾淨淨，還會把我們隨意擺放的物品整理好，補充好各種洗漱用品。
這次在長白山魯能度假區瑞士酒店的三天兩晚，因為有管家Coco和這麼多熱情周到的張佳琪服務員，讓我們的旅行變得格外美好，下次來長白山，肯定還會選這裏！

酒店的環境很好，也有很多活動可以參加，房間的客廳讓人驚喜，到達之前coco就加了微信發每天的天氣情況提醒，前台的ada和宋聽儒也在入住的時候就給了酒店相關活動的介紹，一次很好的入住體驗
