男前台服務態度很好，但是這個女前台是怎麼能做服務業的啊，一開始我和和氣氣跟她溝通，不停翻白眼，甩臉色，非等我發飆才能好好跟我説話，真的氣死我了，3晚花了8 9k就這屁服務，忘給我權益單就算了，自己拿錯房卡卻要我賠償，續住第二晚報復性地衹給了一張，在長白山萬達整體下來，房間設施，滑雪助理，飲食都特別不錯，就是被這個女前台氣到了！！！

超級豪華的房間，前台免費幫我們升了房，自帶私人浴池，同時有直通露天浴池的門，超級便利。美中不足就是沒有洗衣房，且滑雪是刷臉沒有雪卡，家人不滑雪，我都用不了他們的雪卡權益，
