整體服務體驗都特別好，但是預訂的小夥伴要想好了，因為一旦定了就不能退

This year, we stayed in a twin room on the second floor. The balcony view was not as wide as the king-size room on the fifth floor last year, but it seemed to be more suitable for us. The pine branches outside the balcony that blocked our view made the snow scene more charming. The configuration of two chairs, a table and a single sofa was more suitable for us. We could ski during the day and study and work at night. These two room types have their own advantages. The ski slope near Park Hyatt this year is perfect. There is a standard ski-in and ski-out slope directly connected to the ski house. The children's snow entertainment area next door is also better. The children had a lot of fun! The ski assistants are also quite good! The two cleaning ladies in Building 9 are very nice, enthusiastic and responsive. Ms. Sun at the front desk was also very patient and professional in showing me the room. Thank you for their help! The sesame cakes, rice noodles and wontons in the restaurant are as delicious as always The Changbai Inn barbecue and service under the children's snow entertainment area are also great! Only one small suggestion: I often see cigarette butts and some snack garbage bags at the entrance and exit of the villa and the children's snow entertainment area. I hope to increase the cleaning frequency and keep it clean. This is a ski resort that you don't want to leave once you move in. I wish Park Hyatt and Changbai Mountain Ski Resort will get better and better!
