對環境很滿意，這是一個能讓人徹底放鬆身心的地方。服務也很不錯，前台經理Alisa提前加微信，耐心解答，倍感温馨。酒店唯一的美中不足是，房間太過陰暗，燈光不夠明亮，十分不習慣。
附近的風景都特別美，商業街上也有很多美食餐廳，贈送的權益漢拿山温泉泡着也十分舒適。觀光纜車就在前門，登頂後美景一覽無餘。現在是淡季，來這裏避暑很好。

從前台到禮賓都很親切，早餐很豐富，營養又新鋒，幫我升級到豪華房，很安靜，環境很美，話動很多來不及一一參加，很愉快的旅行體驗

房間很大，攤開2個箱子也不覺得擁擠。廁所乾濕分離，早餐種類不算多，但花樣也足夠吃。主要在園區裏面太方便了，出門就是商業街，各種餐廳，吃飯很方便。還有水上世界，温泉，滑車，纜車等多種遊樂項目，房費裏面還都包含，點贊！👍

很適合帶小朋友來玩，凱悦酒店在萬達度假區也算是佼佼者了，房間和服務都不錯，前台值班Alisa在我們入住的前一天提前聯繫安排房間詢問需求，很幸運的看見了天池，園區內權益也很好玩

第一次來長白山，選擇凱悦真的是一個非常正確的決定！雖然是老酒店了，房間沒有全智能化，但原木風格和設計還是不錯的。服務也對得起價格，前台的Alisa小姐姐提前幾天就聯繫詢問有什麼特殊要求，提前準備好所需物品，詳細解釋了酒店的權益。度假村裡的娛樂項目也很好玩，可惜最後一天坐的纜車，上去發現竟然還有跳傘，因為沒有提前預約所以沒法體驗了，小小的遺憾，除此之外都很滿意。
