酒店雖然老點，但是周邊森林環境還是很不錯，酒店服務全靠運氣，第一天辦入住的男前台很冷，第二天續住時的女前台又很熱情，禮賓部的大男孩每次遇見都會熱情打招呼，然後保潔會很安靜從身邊飄過😆餐廳更奇怪，高冷和熱情的女生居然同在一個部門工作。雖一言難盡，不過不能用南方酒店的服務來要求北方的酒店，畢竟那些所謂的國際五星到了東北，服務也是入鄉隨俗了，總而言之，這家能住，服務還行

50대 가족 백두산 등산위해 3박4일 자유여행 체재동안 비가 계속 와서 호텔 체재 기간 길었지만 호텔 운영하는 셔틀 버스로 인삼 채취원. 한라산 온천등 이용했습니다. 호텔에서 택시 이용하여 푸송 시내에 용암 불고기 두곳 먹었는데 독특했습니다. 백두산 서파 쪽으로 천지 올라갔는데 너무 사람이 많아서 조금 실망이었습니다. 남파 쪽은 가보진 않았지만 사람이 적다고 하니 담에 온다면 남파를 가야 할것 같습니다. 호텔 셔틀버스로 서파입구까지 이동가는합니다. 조식도 괜찮고 저녁 식사 특전도 나쁘지 않습니다. 더듬더듬 중국어로 커뮤니케이션 해도 다들 잘 응대해 주었습니다

設施：想找西坡一個相對沒那麼酒的酒店所以拋除了柏悦凱悦選擇了鉑爾曼，整體設施我覺得很不錯，酒店巨大無比有五棟樓，房間很大很寬敞有陽台，陽台外是園內的塑膠步道。一層早餐內容豐富，門口大姐的現包雞湯餛飩和煎餅都很好吃。酒店的晚餐自助意外的優秀，用餐體驗很滿意。不足的地方建議取消配置的攜程訂房時候的行政權益，行政房間權益一般式行政酒廊簡餐，我從沒見過誰家住兩晚送一晚的行政權益，還是在大堂吧使用的。我們從大堂吧坐下半個小時都沒有餐上來，都要去催促去找人才能找到服務人員。這個酒店的問題就是服務人員數量太少，酒店太大，根本覆蓋不過來，大部分八成以上服務人員面無表情感覺工作不太順心，三百間客房衹有六個阿姨整理房間，就這麼大的酒店是不是在服務上面多投入些資源和培訓以及激勵獎勵額度，別讓客人有種你雖然夠大但是叫天天不應叫地地不靈的趕腳
