房間還不錯，管理也比較有序，度假區贈送了很多權益，就是去的這幾天一直在下雨，最後一天晴天了，玩的很開心。有游泳池、小型遊樂場等室內遊戲可以玩，有温泉權益贈送，還有徵西索道，天晴的時候，風景很美，雲朵就像伸手就能夠到。對了，還贈送了遊湖權益，就是那種腳踏船，也挺好玩的。

入住體驗非常好，國慶提前一週就有小姐姐加微信一對一服務了。有任何疑問她都解答的及時且清晰，知道我帶寶寶，還幫忙安排預留了安靜的房間，這次旅行體驗感因她而拉滿！
房間乾淨整潔，床特別大。酒店送了很多權益，孩子大點兒的話應該會玩的更開心～

服務：錦華的服務非常好，從預訂就有專屬管家添加聯繫方式全程服務。有任何疑問都能快速得到答覆。發生了個插曲，第一晚空調電機有問題響了一晚，第二天修完送了下午茶和伴手禮。早餐種類還可以吧，比不上三亞等地的五星酒店，但整個萬達度假區酒店就是這樣，畢竟每年衹有幾個月的旅遊期，控制成本就衹能這樣。
衞生：乾淨衞生，這點還是符合五星標準的
設施：老舊了，裝修跟不上時代了，但整個萬達度假區都是一幾年建的，當年的潮流現在就是落後的。
秋天還是推薦住萬達度假區的，秋景很美，整個錦華服務也很好，設施和餐飲的不足靠人的服務來彌補～

從別的酒店搬過來，因為服務很好，充滿友愛的氣息，地理位置也很好，然後連住了三晚。行政酒廊經理 張鵬宇經理，專業，細緻，讓人賓至如歸。整個度假區雖然年份較長，但是充滿活力。可以再來！

酒店整體都不錯，環境，衞生和服務都很好。
酒店位置很好，在服務中心附近，周圍餐廳很多，離纜車、萌寵樂園、哇趣遊湖等都不遠，溜達就能到。
入住了三天，每天的自助早餐的炒菜也會更換。
贈送的各類門票不合適，水世界太臟了，水裡麪還有蟲子和創可貼，滑車限制小朋友身高，矮了不能坐，高了算成人，怎麼都不合適。

酒店服務意識很強，萬達度假區裏風景也不粗，酒店權益也很想當給力。酒店淡季的性價比真的算很高的了！除了酒店沒有重新裝修過所以衹有浴缸沒有淋浴，多少有點不方便，但是水很大！除此以外其他都不錯～尤其在服務細節上好評！

萬達錦華度假酒店入住兩晚，房間挺大寬敞乾淨明亮，在房間內還能欣賞外面風景，從入住前，酒店有個管家全程提醒天氣變化，玩哪些項目提醒時間和地點，還發了酒店周圍小地圖，很貼心，大有幫助👍，前台服務熱情周到，幫拿箱子，早餐很豐富多樣，還有贈送下午茶不錯享受一下，距離西坡挺近乘坐酒店免費接送車很方便，司機服務周到很有耐心，酒店附近還有肯德基麥當勞星巴克，附近飯店也很多，沒想到度假酒店吃住行這麼方便，酒店規模不小，凌晨起來順纜車往上走還能看日出，滿意一次旅行，還會再來
