度假村的環境還是不錯的，離長白山西景區遊客中心也就10多分鐘車程。酒店有點不是名副其實，房間有一股老酒店的味道，裝修也比較老式了，度假酒店按理説有一些玩的，但裏面沒有什麼玩的，桌球居然還收費，早餐不如亞朵和希爾頓歡朋。前台服務的態度和專業程度也一般。
