第一次來長白山滑雪，感覺體驗非常不錯，禮賓給人的感覺如沐春風，對他服務十分滿意，回覆問題很及時，講解酒店送的權益也很認真，酒店的大堂寬敞明亮，餐廳晚餐午餐也非常好吃，酒店整體非常不錯，房間也乾淨

The housekeeper Xiao Du is very, very good. He is very professional and communicated with us in time. He also helped us upgrade the suite during the off-season. He is a very considerate housekeeper.
