房間安排在行政樓層，窗外純天然森林景觀。管家七號帥哥非常專業熱情的提供了很棒的服務，從景點到美食的推薦，從安排機場送機到周邊行程的交通，都給予了我們很專業的經驗和建議，非常滿意。酒店雖然有點年限，但整體設施還算齊全，服務貼心周到，早餐略有提高空間，整體都還挺不錯的

入住前會有管家提前聯繫，詢問需求。入住後房間空調不製冷，3號管家小陳及時給解決了問題，調換了房間，做了升級。有問題詢問時也都能第一時間及時回覆，為我們在長白山的旅程提供了第一手消息，非常滿意小陳的服務，細心周到及時！酒店雖然時間長了，但維護保養的不錯，軟硬件都能滿足家庭親子入住需求。以後去長白山還會首選威斯汀度假酒店。

酒店服務體驗，可謂天差地別。這次長白山之旅本就不盡如人意，但威斯汀酒店的工作人員，卻真的像冬日裏的一抹暖陽，服務特別周到暖心。
原本通過**套餐預訂並確認的錦華套房酒店，卻在當天下午四點被告知無法入住。苦等三四個小時仍無果後，我們衹好轉戰攜程，改訂了威斯汀。令人哭笑不得的是，當晚九點半，錦華居然打電話來通知我父母“現在可以辦理入住了”——而此時我們早已離開。這一通操作，直接氣得我媽媽劇烈頭痛。
相比之下，威斯汀的表現令人感動。工作人員認真負責，全程陪同我媽媽前往醫院檢查，並實時向我反饋情況，非常靠譜。同是萬達旗下的品牌，服務的差距竟如此之大。不得不説，威斯汀好得太多。
攜程預訂也可圈可點，路轉粉。
